#JohnDoe was discovered in a Spokane Washington landfill in 1989 and remains unidentified! It's time to sent him home to his family! DO YOU KNOW HIM?

The male victim was about 5'7, estimated to be between 40 and 60-years-old. He also had three distinctive tattoos you can see in the video attached to this story , that can be found by clicking the link below. If you know anything about this case, please call 509.456.2233.
