Ke'shaun Vanderhorst was last seen at his home in Philadelphia, PA on September 25, 1995. His mother claims she either sold him for drugs, or left him at a fruit stand.
His mother, Tina Vanderhorst, told relatives and police that the Department of Human Services (DHS) had taken the child. Her family became suspicious, however, and her sister reported Ke'Shaun as a missing person on October 13. DHS had no child by that name in their care.
