My body was found in a #California ditch way back in 1973 & still am a #JohnDoe! Do you know me?

On February 5th, 1973, the body of an unidentified male was discovered off the shoulder of the Terminal Island Freeway just south of the Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington, California. It is believed the John Doe had been deceased approximately 1-2 days at time of discovery. The decedent had a slender build with fair-colored skin. He had medium-length brown hair, as well as hair scruff along his cheeks and neck with a faint mustache above his upper lip. The decedent had numerous small, fine scars on his lower right leg. He also had several silver fillings in his teeth. The reconstruction featured above is an artist’s rendering of what the John Doe may have looked like. Anyone with information should contact the Los Angeles County Coroner, reference case number 73-02574 or LAPD – Harbor Division, reference case number 73-008952.
