They call him "Coal Train Carlos" because no one knows his REAL name! He was found frozen to death & may have boarded a train in #TEXAS, though he was found in #WYOMING 1995

Coal Train Carlos was a male found deceased in a coal train car in Wyoming in 1995. He may have entered the car while it was traveling through Texas. His remains have since been cremated. DNA and dental records were never obtained and his fingerprint documentation was lost. The decedent could still be identified based on morgue photographs or by his tattoos. Physical Description He was likely of Cuban descent. He had graying black hair with a beard and mustache. He had brown eyes. He had a small scar on his left hip. 'Caridad' tattooed on upper left arm, cross tattoo on right hand, 'Cubano' on left hand. He was probably a smoker.
