WHO WROTE THIS NOTE? Found in #JohnDoe's tennis shoe - #OHIO 1991

On September 11, 1991 the skeletal remains of a black male, approximate age 18-21 years were found by children playing at the rear of 4954 East 81st St. He was wearing a red short-sleeve shirt, Levi blue jeans size 34 waist x 30 long, tan boxer type undershorts, white sox, and Nike tennis shoes with a green and purple stripe. A note was found inside the shoe stating, "We can't wait to see you! Love Cynthia and Boo Boo.
