The tie and announcement in Nov. "18" of "Elizabeth Lamotte" being identified might be where the confusion is. She was missing from"New Hampshire 1984". Found Deceased in "Tennessee 1985" But wasn't identified and tied to "Rasmussen" until 11/13/18.

That is the same article I am referring to in post #220, #223, and #226. The quote in the article where dr. Rae-Venter talks about the identification of the adult A4 victim (not to be confused with Elizabeth Lamotte! They are two different cases!) has been edited since I first posted the said article, and the quote in question has been retracted. If the discussion in another forum is to be believed, it's because the family of the alleged identified A4 victim wants to keep a low profile and let LE do their job. I believe the journalist on this article simply wrote this without getting the green light from LE about publishing it in the first place, and then had to do some serious backtracking later.
I hope this clears up the confusion.

It does! Thank you very much because I was really curious about what was going on.

Thank you, Kimster! I am really relieved to hear this! :)

It seems like the confusion started when posters started bringing in prior discoveries concerning TPR, like the identification of Elizabeth Lamotte, other missing women who might be connected to TPR, and his paternal link to the middle A4 child. There are many threads and layers in this case, so you really have to be extra careful not mix them up with each other to avoid a mess of confusion like we just had. JMO.

A woman and two girls whose bodies were found in steel drums dumped in a state park in Allenstown have been identified, investigators said Thursday, but the identity of a third girl is still unknown.

The bodies of the woman and three children were found in the woods of Bear Brook State Park in 1985 and 2000. Officials have said that the four were killed by Terry Peder Rasmussen, who was known as “Bob Evans” during his time in New Hampshire, but they were previously unable to identify them.

Associate Attorney General Jeffrey Strelzin said the woman has been identified as Marlyse Elizabeth Honeychurch, and two of the girls were identified as her daughters, Marie Elizabeth Vaughn and Sarah Lynn McWaters.

Officials have used DNA to determine that Rasmussen was the father of the unidentified girl, but he was not related to the other two girls. The unidentified girl was also unrelated to the other victims.

"One of the goals is to locate the mother of that middle child and determine whether she's still alive," Strelzin said.

Investigators said a researcher from Connecticut made the connection between a missing-person post on an Ancestry.com board and the Rasmussen case after listening to the NHPR "Bear Brook" podcast. The researcher, Rebecca Heath, was able to contact the person who made the post, and that person said Honeychurch had last been seen with Rasmussen.

Good news that 3 have been identified. Can we suppose that the mother of the middle girl is deceased, most likely another victim of the same killer? Why bother giving him more notoriety by mentioning his name?

I think it's important in this case because there may be more victims and people need to know the names he was using in order to find them.
