50-year-old Debi Puente disappeared March 28, 2017 after hanging out with friends at a Grantville bar near Mission Gorge and Friars Road. She was last seen leaving the area but didn't arrive at work as scheduled three days later and never called to say she would be out, according to San Diego police.

Her car was found abandoned at the 5000 block of Santa Cruz Avenue in Ocean Beach with her purse and keys locked inside.

There has been no activity on her bank accounts since then.

She reportedly left in a car that was found abandoned in Ocean Beach near Sunset Cliffs days later. Her wallet and ID were found inside.

“Her car had three tickets on it. It was ticketed the next morning at 6 a.m. So from 11 o’clock leaving the bar to six in the morning is where we know nothing,” Puente's sister Tami Cox said.

If it was frozen for a year and then dumped, would it have been that badly decomposed?

This article is regarding a skull found in Houston Texas. Debra is missing in San Diego California. Unless I'm missing something, which is possible.

A VERY detailed background about Debra.

Thank you for linking the podcast, kdg!
Emerold is suggesting that Debra's body may have been dismembered and then transported out of state. A killer who isn't knowledgeable about DNA could have thought that disposing of body parts out of state and in different locations would prevent ID of the victim. But, Paradise raised a good point. At what point would the body have to be unfrozen to reach the advanced stage of decomp the body found in Houston was in?

From the podcast, Debra was ending a bad relationship when she went missing. Her daughter said the bf was around 27, 28 years old. The man who was seen tossing the bag off the bridge in Houston is described as being in his mid-20's.

The boyfriend called her work on the Friday after she went missing and had a cell phone. Those records could be analyzed to determine the pings and tower location to confirm/dispute his story. (Let's hope this was done)

He was homeless prior to moving in with her and didn't have a vehicle. The daughter went to the house as well as LE and didn't find a crime scene. Debra's mental health was far from stable and maybe she had enough battling her inner demons. Her car was found close to the bar she left too.

However, every theory is worth pursuing especially so her children can move forward.

Debra's dgtr said in the podcast that the bf was using DEBRA's cell phone. I wonder if she had it with her the last time she was seen by her coworkers (at the bar). That would be very telling, of course, if he somehow ended up with her phone but she appeared to go missing from the bar.

The dgtr also said that Debra was paying for the bf's drug habit. Regarding no crime scene: the bf could have administered a fatal drug overdose to Debra as she slept Regarding the bf not having a car and the body in Houston potentially belonging to Debra: the witness said in the article posted by Emerold that the man who tossed the bag off the bridge had been brought there in the vehicle described. So, it's possible that the bf had help dismembering and disposing of the body if he is responsible for Debra's disappearance, and IF the body in Houston is Debra's. MOO

Yes, it's permanent makeup. However, I don't know how someone gets tattoo'd eyelashes.
