Denise Hayes, 41, was found dead on Aug. 24 in the home on Pipes O The Glen Way near Pine Hills Road. Neighbors saw her two grandchildren, ages 2 and 3 walking alone on the street. The children took the neighbors to the home where they found Hayes. Deputies have not disclosed how she died, but said it was a homicide.

Deputies have identified the suspect as Bobby Lee Story, 52, Hayes’ boyfriend, who has a history of domestic violence against her. He remains at large. He hasn’t been charged.
