    Here you go, Melanie.

    • The images give the first look at the crime scene and evidence obtained in the six months since mother-of-two Teresa Sievers, 46, was killed
    • Sievers was murdered in her Bonita Springs, Florida, home on June 29 while her family was on vacation in Connecticut
    • Investigators in Florida believe her husband, Mark Sievers, orchestrated the murder to cash in on her insurance policy
    • Though he hasn't been charged with the murder, two of his friends have been jailed in connection to the murder
    • Among the photos released on Thursday by the State Attorney’s Office are images of a vehicle rented by one of the men
    • Crime scene photos of a blood-spattered kitchen and Sievers’ clothing
    • A bloodied hammer covered with hair was found near Sievers’ body

    Dear God!!
If they weren't going to arrest him, why even release this to the public?
And those beautiful, innocent daughters. So much cruelty on so many levels. IMO.

Can you imagine? Your spouse is supposed to love, honor and cherish you! If it's true and this man set up her murder, he's truly a monster!

I think Nancy Grace might be discussing her case tonight, for those who'd like to watch.

Sievers homicide suspect has first day in Lee court

It was a court hearing 183 days in the making — and it only took 3½ minutes.

Jimmy Ray Rodgers shuffled up to the jail phone in green garb flanked by two deputies and spoke to Lee County Judge James Adams on Wednesday morning. Rodgers is the second Missouri man accused of bludgeoning to death Dr. Teresa Sievers in her Bonita Springs home on June 28.

It was heinous crime that shocked Southwest Florida and garnered international attention. But on Wednesday, about the only thing that stood out was a tattoo on his left arm.

Adams decided Rodgers will remain in Lee County Jail without bond for his homicide charge. He was arrested on Aug. 25.

"We were after Mark Sievers. We got our man," said Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott.

Mark Sievers has been arrested in the slaying of his wife Dr. Teresa Sievers after his childhood friend Curtis Wayne Wright Jr. accepted a 25-year plea deal to provide assistance.

"We were after Mark Sievers. We got our man and we're very happy for that," said Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott.

What wonderful news!!! Just feel so sad for the children.

Glad CW decided to be truthful even though it was to save himself.

I wonder how CW's brother from another mother feels right now.

May the county's child protection laws have plans in place that give the father rights to refuse her parents as caregivers until the case is presented before a judge. Just a hunch.

So glad to come home to the news that he was arrested!

Really? He would have rights for their well being after allegedly having their mother's head bashed in with a hammer?

    At least he's behind bars.
