And is finally in jail , at least for right now.

Jennifer Yi, 31, of Brandon was arrested on Thursday, April 30, Friday May 1, and Tuesday May 5.

April 30: arrested just after 5 p.m on Thursday, April 30, refused to take a blood test, later released after posting $500 bond.

May 2: less than 24 hours later, pulled over at 2:21 p.m., again refused a blood test, released after posting $500 bond.

May 5: pulled over at 12:45 a.m, took a blood alcohol test, arrested and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail, bond set at $100,000.

The booking photos get progressively more disheveled. In the last, instead of tears ruining her eyeliner, it seems she just didn't bother to apply any that day.

Can you believe this? Maybe they need to take a look at the laws. She was caught for DUI a 2nd time before she even had time to sober up from the 1st & gets out with a lousy $500 bond? I didn't know one could refuse a blood alcohol test.

These chronic offenders are using the same roadways as innocent, sober people with children - make tougher laws!
