Not surprised. Sounds like he's got plenty of areas on his property where "stuff" could happen. Wonder how his mom is holding up.

A comment from Frazee's attorney: "Mr. Frazee was never asked to voluntarily participate in this search".

So, LE wanted to do a surprise search for a good reason? And was able to get a search warrant issued? Need I add more on the attorney's comment?

Authorities searching Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé’s home in Teller County

Patrick Frazee’s lawyer, Jeremy Loew, issued another statement a little after 11 a.m. Friday. That statement reads:

“Patrick Frazee continues to cooperate with law enforcement in the missing person investigation of Kelsey Berreth. We understand that a search warrant was executed on Mr. Frazee’s property. Mr. Frazee was never asked to voluntarily participate in this search. We encourage law enforcement to take whatever steps it deems necessary to find Kelsey Berreth and to be able to exclude Patrick Frazee as a possible suspect in this missing person investigation. Mr. Frazee will continue not to participate in any interviews with the media and instead focus on parenting the child he shares with Ms. Berreth.”

Woodland Park Police are expected to provide an update from the scene at 2:30 p.m. Friday. KOAA will provide live video of the news conference on KOAA.com.

BBM #1 I'm sure you won't be able too

BBM #2 I hope they are watching that man like a hawk in the sky with that baby. I cannot cope with another Josh Powell situation.

UPDATE: Frazee’s car has been towed, however he is not under arrest. Frazee lives near an ACE hardware store. I asked the owner if Frazee goes there often. He told me he keeps to himself and recently bought a No Trespassing sign. @FOX21News

Heavy Equipment Spotted At Frazee Home, $25,000 Reward Offered

Saturday morning, investigators in Florissant who have been looking for a missing mother for nearly two weeks updated the case. Heavy digging equipment was spotted at the home of Patrick Frazee, the fiance of Kelsey Berreth.

Officials say officers have been in touch with the Teller County Department of Human Services regarding the couple’s daughter. The girl is currently being cared for by Frazee. Department officials say they don’t have evidence that the baby’s safety is at risk.
