MISSING: Desperate search for ‘sweet & beautiful’ mother who vanished with two young children

Georgia police are searching for a missing mother who disappeared with her two children on Sunday.

11Alive reports that Latoya Monique Boyer was last seen on Sunday afternoon in Woodstock, at around 3 p.m. She was driving a silver 2013 Chrysler Town and Country minivan with Georgia license plate number, TBC030.

Authorities said Boyer is likely traveling with her two children, a 5-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. Family and friends have not heard from any of them since Sunday. Police have not said whether or not they think foul play is involved.

According to comments on Kennesaw Police Department’s Facebook page, Boyer may have once worked at a daycare. She’s been described as “beautiful” and “sweet.”

Police ask for help finding missing Kennesaw woman, children

Family members have grown increasingly concerned now that it has been more than two days since anyone has seen a missing Kennesaw mother.

According to the Kennesaw Police Department, Latoya Monique Boyer, 27, was last seen in Woodstock on Sunday, Oct. 6 at around 3 p.m.

"She's never done anything like this before," said Tia Scott, Boyer's older sister.

Scott said her sister dropped their mother off at church Sunday afternoon and never returned to pick her up. Boyer's family said she is nine months pregnant and they believe she has her children, a 5-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy with her.

"Her oldest daughter is in school and it's not like Latoya to just keep her kids out of school," said Scott. "Her baby is due in about a week and a half."

Family members said they have tried to reach Boyer, but her cell phone is either off or dead.

"We're concerned about her well-being and the kids that are with her," said Kennesaw Police Officer Scott Luther. "Apparently this is not typical behavior for her to just, you know, driveway and cease all contact."

Police said Boyer was driving her mother's 2013 silver Chrysler Town and County minivan with Georgia tag TBC030.
