    "Basically, we're just following up on some tips and interviews and leads that we've gotten," Riley said while blocking traffic on the county road east of Delphi.

    "We're trying to either clear him or see if he's more of a suspect than what we originally thought," Riley said.

    The man who owns the property was arrested Saturday on a probation violation warrant stemming from a drunk driving conviction. There is a 15-day probation violation hold on his release, and he remains incarcerated at the Carroll County Jail.

    Has Indiana Killer Struck Before? Eerie Similarities Emerge With 2012 Case of 2 Slain Girls
    by Inside Edition 3:45 PM EST, March 8, 2017

    Investigators are looking at striking similarities between the murders of two Indiana teens and the unsolved killings of two cousins five years ago in Iowa.
    Lyric Cook, 10, and Elizabeth Collins, 8, were biking together on a remote trail when they disappeared in July 2012.

    Their bodies were found five months later near a lake, 400 miles away from the scene of the Indiana murders of 13-year-old Abigail Williams and Liberty German, 14, who were killed while on a hike on February 13.

    The cases have eerie similarities. All four girls were attacked on remote hiking trails. They were murdered on the 13th day of the month, and their bodies were discovered near water....

    Ex-NFL Star Joins the Hunt for Indiana Girls' Killer: 'Let's Rid the World of This Monster'

    A former NFL superstar is joining the hunt for the killer of two teenage girls in Indiana.

    Now, Pat McAfee, a popular Indianapolis Colts punter who just retired, has doubled the reward money to more than $200,000 and made a public service announcement with Indiana State Police.

    Abigail Williams, 13, and her best friend Liberty German, 14, were murdered on a remote hiking trail on February 13.

    The only clues to emerge from the case are a grainy photo of the suspect taken by Liberty on her cellphone and an eerie recording of the killer's voice.

    Radio stations across the Midwest are also playing an appeal from cops with the haunting speech from the killer saying, 'Down the hill,’ asking if anyone recognizes the voice.

    "If somebody knows who this is, let's rid the world of this monster," McAfee told Inside Edition....

    For the record, I do not think Logan is the suspect either.

    Police swarmed a two-story white farmhouse Friday morning on Carroll County Road 300 North looking for clues in the killing of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams. The house, outbuildings, land and motor vehicles there belong to the man who owns the property on which German and Williams' bodies were found.

    About 15 officers — including Carroll County deputies, Indiana State Police detectives and FBI agents — arrived just after 11:30 a.m. Friday at the home, Indiana State Police Sgt. Kim Riley and Indiana State Police Sgt. Tony Slocum said.

    "Basically, we're just following up on some tips and interviews and leads that we've gotten," Riley said while blocking traffic on the county road east of Delphi. "We're trying to either clear him or see if he's more of a suspect than what we originally thought."

    Still up because my phone rang from a HELP message I left on a friends answering machine. He's a Probation Officer here in Santa Fe County, NM. UGH.... I have a weird eye infection that just won't go away even with meds. UGH... hurts....

    So I asked my Prob Officer:
    Convicted person X (took a plea deal = conviction) for a felony, Class D for DUI or OUI, received two 2 year probation served consecutively.

    As a person on probation: His 4th amendment rights are null.... meaning his property can be search/seized whenever;
    No right to bail, but has a right to see a judge in 15 days or so, depending on the calendar.
    Has the right to an atty.;
    Probation violation for DUI/OUI could be:
    leaving the county without permission from probation officer (RL went to another county to buy fish and wasn't home when the deaths occurred see Inside Edition post # 130) ;
    OR dropped a hot UA (urine analysis) when randomly called to come give a specimen;
    OR had guns in his possession;
    OR broke ANY laws in the county ... like speeding, etc.

    Ugh. Going to take a 1/2 of pain pill and go back to bed.
