Fears for missing girl in need of urgent medical treatment last seen leaving hospital with parents

Fears are growing for a missing nine-year-old girl who is in urgent need of medical treatment.

Police have launched an appeal to trace the child, identified as Mashael Aldosari, who was last seen on Sunday evening.

Detectives were contacted by staff at St Mary's in Paddington after the child was brought to the hospital by her parents after she became unwell.

However, the family left before the youngster could receive treatment.

Early indications suggest that Mashael may have Type 1 diabetes and has a high blood sugar count.

If not treated immediately, she will go into a diabetic coma.

Police increasingly concerned for missing girl in need of urgent medical treatment

Police are growing increasingly concerned for a missing nine-year-old girl who is in need of urgent medical treatment.

Police have established that Mashael was brought to hospital by a man and a woman - thought to be her parents - at 5.42pm on Sunday.

The group also had a young child in a pushchair with them.

The girl was attended to by medical staff, and were told the girls name was Mashael Aldosari.

But police now fear this was false information after a fake address was also provided to staff.

Police know very little about the family as the adults did not provide their names to staff at the hospital. All four left the hospital at 7.44pm.

At this early stage detectives believe that the family could be from Kuwait.

The family are believed to have told medical staff that they had travelled to the UK in order for their son to receive hospital treatment.

Enquires have established that this is may not be the case.

It is not known when the family entered the country and enquires continue with other agencies.

Given the circumstances, detectives are urgently seeking the trace the young girl in order for her to receive medical treatment.
