Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 28-year-old Neville Tanner.

Neville was last seen at an ATM on Collins Street in the CBD on 4 November.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to the amount of time since he has made contact with anyone.

Neville is described as 175cm tall, medium build with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5570.

There are quite a few people that have been found on that list, I noticed one yesterday as well.
    The site needs updating.

@MissyMoo - (Just linking to the comment)

The Victorian Police website does not have Neville Listed any more at their page, and he is not coming up from the search bar either.
I'm not sure what then what Neville's status is currently.
The VicPolice often don't leave pages up for long - so Neville could still be missing.

I also wish there had been a better picture of Neville.

Victoria Police Facebook Page has a single page for Neville, with comments below:
None of the comments yet say he has been located

When you guys see any that have been found that we have on here, please report a post in the thread. Once in awhile we don't catch them and I don't like to tweet pics of located people, of course.

The "Victoria Police" or any agency shouldn't take down anything until resolution. How can they expect any if they do that?.

I had a look on his Facebook
He has not posted since 2016 and the only answers would be is to contact family
It seems strange the police have taken him off missing persons and if they have it is normally a person has been found
At times Aus police will bring up old cases too and you don't see them deleted till they are found

Do they always report in the media if someone has been found deceased? Or maybe there is an obit?
