Human remains found on July 3 have been identified as missing 2-year-old Noah Tomlin, according to Hampton police.

Spokesman Reggie Williams said in a news release Saturday that a DNA analysis confirmed the identity of the remains. They were found at a trash incinerator at NASA Langley nine days after his mother, Julia Tomlin, reported him missing to police.
