    Unknown female wtinessed to jump in front of a northbound E train at the 14th Street and 8th Avenue Station. Taken to St Vincent's Hospital, where she became unresponsive and was pronounced dead.

    New York County Jane Doe
    A woman was seen jumping in the path of a train in New York, New York County, New York on November 9, 1998. She was white, approximately 105 pounds and at the height of five feet. She was estimated to be between twenty-three and thirty-three when she died. Her hair and eyes were brown in color. Her clothing consisted of a tan shirt, jeans, a handbag and a backpack. After she was struck by the train, she was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.

    I was thinking Valerie Smith that went missing from Queens NY in 1981 looked a lot like the Jane doe. She also has freckles on her forehead like Jane Doe and her stats seem the same. Although in the photos Valerie looked as though she tweezed her eyebrows more this jane doe looks like she had let them grow out.
    NameUs has a lot of photos but there is not much information on her case. I wish there was more information on what was in Jane Does back pack. I looked elsewhere but have not found anything nor have I found any photos.

    I can totally see the resemblance! The main problem I have, though, is that both DNAs have been submitted and there doesn't appear to be a match?
