    Quintanilla was last seen on Sept. 11 by his mother at their home. Gergely was also last seen around that time after her mother drove her to Lanier Technical College.

    “(Gergely) and Mr. Quintanilla are acquainted with one another and she willingly left with him,” Ware wrote in a news release.

    On Monday, Gergely was back with her mother.

    The case remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
