    In the middle of nowhere. Tattoo seems like it would likely be from Prison. And being Victim was Male and seemingly Dumped there, Tied up. I would Venture to say it was related to criminal activity. But no DNA available. And He wouldn't have been from the area. And no Reconstruction or Pictures. Dentals available. But no matches. No missing persons Reports then. Geez. The man's Skeletal remains are where?. If they say DNA unavailable. That's the only way I can think of to move forward.
