If she wasn't reported missing for a long time, I am going to assume she wasn't in regular contact with her family. I wonder where they thought she was the last time they heard from her?

Driving Uninsured, Other traffic violations. No big deal. But when put together with 2 Theft Charges and Forgery. It seems She didn't live a "Law Abiding" life. Which may have put her in with people that were dangerous. Or She was running away from the charges. The "Missing Person Report" filed later, Makes me think She would disappear for a few days. But when it was longer than usual is when the "Report" was filed. The lack of pictures as she was older, That always seems strange to me. It may be out there, But maybe because of her problems with the Law, She wanted to stay under the radar. while running away certainly is possible. I am torn between the 2. But I think after all this Time, She would have contacted someone by now. So I lean towards "Foul play". It seems L.E. wasn't looking to hard. Questioning friends and family.???
