Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old boy Zexuan ‘Andy’ Wei.

Andy was last sighted at Elwood College on Wednesday 25 May.

Police have serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time that he has been missing.

Investigators have released an image of Andy in the hope that someone may recognise him.

Andy is described as Asian, approximately 160-170cm tall, medium build, fair complexion with dyed blonde, possibly green short hair.

He is known to frequent the CBD and Box Hill areas. Andy is an international exchange student and has very limited English. He is supposed to reside in Carnegie with his homestay family.

Anyone who sees Andy is urged to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
