The decedent was reportedly a Caucasian female of approximately 20-25 years of age who was found in an abandoned house in Nashville, TN on the night of 11/26/2020. A 911 call was placed at 1957 hours and Nashville Fire Department (NFD) District 17 and Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) responded to the scene. District 17 confirmed death on scene at 2020 hours.

Decedent had a tattoo on her left wrist of a heart above a comma forming a semi-colon. (picture of tattoo at above link)
Also had white metal stud earrings with clear stone in each earlobe

Height: 5'4
Weight: 225 lbs
Hair: Wavy, reddish brown hair approximately 12 inches in length
Eyes: Brown

I considered posting something about the tattoo as well, so I'm glad you did! I also took note that her tattoo most commonly signified overcoming thoughts of suicide.

I was curious about the tattoos , what the red heart would represent and it seems that stands for romantic love. So wondering if she lost someone due to depression or such, or was it this unidentified lady who suffered from it. It is just something I thought of while searching missing person stories.

I read it somewhere, I can't recall where, but it made sense.. that maybe it signified how 'love' helped her through it.

Maybe a few if investigators are looking for specific help. But most of the time it's worse reporting rates than missing adult males.

As with others before me, (see posts above) I could not find any more information about this case.

For those who may be interested....

I checked with the Regional NAMUS administrator for this case. Yes, it is still an open/active case, but she was not able to provide any updates/additional information. (Of course, makes sense. The info must come from the originating agencies.)

don.aaron@nashville.gov is the Nashville Police Department spokesman at this time. I assume he is with the Public Information Office, or perhaps can re-direct to an appropriate person.

Now is not a good time to check in, due to the school shooting in Nashville. IMHO

I'm posting as a place holder, maybe in a few weeks it would be more appropriate to inquire. If anyone else feels like following up, please feel free.
