I am not sure if this forum has been made aware of YouTubers like wheres981 and SqueezeBenz. They are youtubers who use stolen high dollar vehicles, and "swim" through traffic, often exceeding 100 and reaching 150 on public roads. These types of YouTubers are rampant, and there seems to be a growing supply of these YouTubers. Recently, SqueezeBenz was arrested in connection with ATM burglaries, and possession of stolen vehicles, but still remains released on bond, and continues to release videos. They take "drive it like you stole it" quite literally. Unfortunately, there seems to be not much that law enforcement can do at the moment to crack down on this widespread problem. There is a local individual who is taking inspiration from this, and recently had a close call with striking a child in a condominium. Law enforcement refuses to do anything, even though he posts videos WITH HIS FACE AND FULL NAME ONLINE of himself exceeding the speed limit, and the victim of this near accident has no resolution for her near-death experience caused by negligence. The individual is Gary Grant Gorken, and he attends Regent University in Virginia Beach VA. Under the IG username _blamegrant, he showcases himself in various vehicles reaching felony speeds, and uses the clout terminology as stated in the aforementioned YouTubers videos. He also has ties to San Antonio. He works for his family business, GMS Industrial Supply. His mother, Rachel Gorken, and father Gorken, are the owners. I am hoping for any advice on how to allow the victim to know that their neighbor will no longer pose a threat to them, and that they can continue to play soccer in the parking lot without threat of injury. You can look through GMS Industrial Supply's facebook, as well as Grants instagram, and you will be able to confirm his identity. I am currently attempting to reach out to Virginia State Police, and Virginia Beach Police Department, and Regent University Police Department, but have had no luck so far. Any advice?
