Lower Allen Township police are asking for the public’s help finding 17-year-old Jasmine Davis, a California native last seen in Cumberland County.


According to police, Davis, who has been missing since Feb. 24 from Simi Valley, Ca., was last seen in the Mechanicsburg area.


Davis is 5 foot, 2 inches tall; 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, police said.


It was unclear what time Davis was seen and what clothing she was wearing when she went missing.

Davis has been reported to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

Anyone with information on Davis’s whereabouts should contact Lower Allen Township police or the Lancaster County Children and Youth at 717-299-7925.

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. —
A girl who is missing in California was spotted in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, according to police.

"On March 20, 2023 around 3:00 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department spoke to a Lancaster County Children and Youth employee about a missing juvenile. It was reported that Jasmine Davis, who is missing from CA, was last seen in the Mechanicsburg area. Davis has been reported to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Childrenm," a statement from Lower Allen Police said.

A 27-year-old man was arrested and a missing 17-year-old girl was found after a pursuit with the Nebraska State Patrol on Sunday.

LINCOLN, Neb. —
A 27-year-old man was arrested and a missing 17-year-old girl was found after a pursuit by the Nebraska State Patrol on Sunday.

The driver, Edwin Portillo Barrientos, was arrested for driving with a revoked license, flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, theft by receiving stolen property and multiple outstanding warrants.

The passenger who fled had been reported missing and was taken to the Lancaster County Youth Attention Center for an outstanding warrant.
