Kimberly Cozart disappeared sometime in February 1977 from Julian, CA she was last known to be living on Banner Grade Road at the time. Kimberly's mother Joyce Harper vanished from Potrero, CA sometime in January 1975, two years prior to Kimberly. They were both reported missing on December 15, 1995.

Synopsis: San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Detail continue to look for leads in the 1977 disappearance of 15-year-old Kimberly Cozart.

Kimberly Cozart (aka: Kimberly Harper) has been missing since February 1977. She was last known to be living on Banner Grade Road in Julian, California. She was reported missing by her sister on December 15, 1995.
Kimberly Cozart is described as a 15-year old, White female. At the time of her disappearance she was 5’00” tall and weighed about 100 lbs. She had long reddish-brown hair and brown eyes.
