An AMBER Alert has been issued for 6 month old Lucas Warner. Flathead County Sheriffs Office believe he was taken by his non custodial father Andrew Warner and Hayli Emerson.

Andrew is said to be bipolar and has reportedly not been taken his medicine.

Lucas was last seen Saturday at 3pm in Columbia Falls. The vehicle they're in is a 1998 White Dodge Dakota Pickup with dark pin striping and red interior. It has a Montana license plate that reads: 720745A.

FCSO believes they could be headed towards the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area, North Dakota, South Dakota or even Wyoming.

Amber Alert: Officials are Looking for 2 Adults, 6-month-old Boy

According to the Wyoming Amber Alert Facebook page, the Wyoming Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert on behalf of Flathead County Montana for 6-month-old Lucas James Warner 20 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes.

Lucas was taken by non-custodial parent Andrew Lawrence Warner 21-year-old male. Custody was removed, deemed unfit due to mental health and refusal to take medication. Andrew is with a 19-year-old female, Hayli Dayle Emerson, who is the babysitter.

AMBER Alert update issued for missing infant believed to have been abducted in Montana

An AMBER Alert update was issued Sunday afternoon for a 6-month-old boy believed to have been abducted Saturday in Columbia Falls, Montana, by his babysitter and non-custodial father.


The alert provides a new description of the vehicle Lucas James Warner and his alleged abductors, his non-custodial father Andrew Warner and babysitter Hayli Emerson, may be traveling in.

People are asked to be on the lookout for a 1990 to 2000s white Chevrolet extended cab pickup, according to the Montana Department of Justice update. Its license plate is unknown.
Possible destinations include the Bob Marshall Wilderness, North Dakota, South Dakota or Wyoming.

Previously, the Montana Department of Justice reported they might be traveling in a white 1998 Dodge Dakota, but that vehicle has since been located, according to an update issued Sunday at about 4:53 p.m.

Aunt of missing 6-month-old speaks out

On Saturday, Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino told MTN News that law enforcement received a call from mom Rylee Jackson about a missing 6-month-old boy named Lucas Warner.

Maycee Domph, Warner's aunt, told MTN News that the family just wants Lucas home safely.

"You just never think those things are going to happen to your family," said Domph. "Until something like that does, it's definitely scary, but it's definitely eye-opening that the world can be an evil place."


"We got a call from a mother who had returned home and her baby was missing at that point. It originally got called in as a kidnapping," said Heino. "When law enforcement got on scene it was determined that the biological father was actually the one that took the child. And the babysitter that was there was most likely with him."

Law enforcement is working quickly on many leads with multiple counties in Montana to find Lucas. According to the initial AMBER Alert, possible destinations included the Bob Marshall Wilderness, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming.

And Domph has a message for Andrew Warner and Emerson.

"Please bring Lucas to safety. Please don't involve him in this," said Domph. "Just make the right choice and bring him home where he belongs."
