Found November 09, 1998 at the Northbound E train tracks at 14th Street and 8th Avenue, New York, NY

Height: 5 feet 0 inches (60 inches)
Weight: 105 lbs
Hair: dark, thick, 10"
Eyes: Brown
Clothing/Accessories: Tan flannel shirt, blue jeans, multicolored bag, black and blue backpack.
Circumstances
Unknown female witnessed to jump in front of a northbound E train at the 14th Street and 8th Avenue Station. Taken to St Vincent's Hospital, where she became unresponsive and was pronounced.
