CROMWELL, Okla. (KFOR) – Investigators say a 2-year-old girl from Cromwell, Oaklee Snow, hasn’t been seen for nearly seven weeks.

“I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” said Zack Snow, Oaklee’s father. “I’ve been on my phone day in, day out. I mean, you know, contacting and trying to find somebody that might know where she’s at.”

According to Seminole County investigator J.T. Palmer, the toddler’s mother, Madison Marshall, left Cromwell with Oaklee and her and Snow’s 7-month-old son, Coleton, and eventually took off to Indiana with her ex-boyfriend Roan Waters. This happened around Jan. 19.

“They were with their mother,” said Palmer. “She has custody. There is no court orders and there was no proof that they were in danger.”

Palmer says according to authorities in Indianapolis, on Feb. 9, witnesses saw Oaklee being carried out of what he was told was a “crack house.”

“They described it as she was either asleep or unconscious. She wasn’t moving,” said Palmer. “She was wrapped in a blanket.”

Marshall allegedly said Oaklee was hurt and needed to go to a hospital, which is where she claimed she was taking her.

However, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

“We have no knowledge of where she’s at, we just know that she did not make it to the hospital that night,” said Palmer.

“No hospitals had any record of Oaklee ever being turned in,” added April Kelley, a close family friend.

Meanwhile, Palmer said Coleton was abandoned on the house’s couch. Thanks to someone there calling authorities, the 7-month-old was picked up by CPS and is now in Snow’s custody.

On Feb. 27, Roan Waters was arrested at a Colorado motel. Authorities there told KFOR his mugshot cannot be released yet because of the ongoing investigation.

“He was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Okfuskee County that was not connected to this case,” said Palmer.

Just last week, Marshall was arrested in Harnett County, North Carolina for child abandonment.

However, there still hasn’t been any sign of Oaklee. Palmer says the Indianapolis Police Department is currently investigating where she may be.

“We are keeping our hopes alive that she comes home to us safe and sound,” said Kelley.

Oaklee stands about 2 feet tall, weighs about 40 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who knows anything is asked to contact the Indianapolis Police Department or the Seminole Police Department.

The mother of a missing Oklahoma toddler was arrested in North Carolina as investigators continued to search for the 2-year-old girl.

Oaklee Mae Snow, of Cromwell in Seminole County, was last seen on Jan. 19. Her mother, 22-year-old Madison Marshall, took Oaklee and her baby brother, Coltan, to Indianapolis, according to the children's father, Zac Snow. Marshall's boyfriend was reportedly traveling with them.

Zac Snow said he heard that Marshall dropped their daughter off anonymously at a hospital in Indiana after the 2-year-old had some sort of medical emergency. Meanwhile, Coltan Snow was left in a home by himself, but someone found him and called Child Protective Services, said Zac Snow. Colton has since been returned to his father.

Zac Snow said he called as many hospitals as he could find, but no one knew where his daughter was. Zac Snow said he filed a missing persons report on Feb. 9. Since then, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has been handling the case.

With the help of the FBI, detectives arrested Marshall in Harnett County, North Carolina, on March 23 after receiving an anonymous tip, according to the Harnett County Sheriff's Office. She was jailed on an $80,000 secured bond and was awaiting extradition. Her court appearance was set for April 4.

In January, 2-year-old Oaklee Snow was taken from her father’s home in Oklahoma without his consent by her mother, Madison Marshall.

Marshall, 22, now sits in a North Carolina jail facing neglect charges, but Oaklee is nowhere to be found.

“I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” said Zack Snow, Oaklee’s father, to an Oklahoma news station. “I’ve been on my phone day in, day out. I mean, you know, contacting and trying to find somebody that might know where she’s at.”

Oaklee Snow, 2, has blond hair, blue eyes and weighs about 35 pounds, according to a March 8 release from Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. At the time Indianapolis police said Snow was last seen Jan. 19 in Cromwell, Oklahoma but was brought to Indianapolis by Marshall.

<snip>
Waters told detectives he had traveled from Oklahoma with Marshall and her two children in his blue Dodge Durango. After reaching Indianapolis, they stayed at a "trap house" so he and Marshall could use drugs, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Waters said they made the decision to abandon 7-month-old Coleton at an Indianapolis residence and take Oaklee with them, records state.

Waters was unwilling to provide authorities where they could find Oaklee, records state.

Family and friends have called every hospital in the Indianapolis-area hoping to locate the missing girl to no avail. When the children were first taken by their mother, Zachary Snow had issues getting help from authorities as their mother had full custody, Kelley said.

I just cannot get over some "humans". Too nice of a word. Bad enough mom does this but a bf too, they decide together to abandon a 7 month old and (if true) take a 2 year old with them and now that child is missing. All for drugs they traveled to Indy to do. If I have it right she took her at least from the dad's house. Why? I am going to guess and i don't generally feel this way ever or think this way, but that we may have a selling or use of children for drugs situation here....

Thank GOD one is all right. Although "all right" is probably subjective being left as a baby in a crack house with who and after what all transpired...

DESPICABLE.

I have a feeling she got into something at the crack house and is with Jesus.
That is the actual easiest way that crosses my mind. Why do you pick your kid up from her dad's when it isn't to see her or spend time with her and take her with you to a drug house. Let's hope that's the worst of what it is. I somehow doubt it. Jmo. These people don't want a kid doing their drugs they can likely ill afford and need... But definitely possible. I just think it is where our minds prefer to go versus murder, abuse, or worse and why it is often suggested to be what likely happened.

Not trying to argue or anything, just a bit more pessimistic on what happened. And that's if it is true she even arrived there with them alive or they truly left the baby and took her with. That comes from the bf doesn't it? I doubt he's a fountain of truth.

The bf and mom both said they dropped her off at a hospital. Past that, they aren't talking. Every hospital has been contacted. She was not dropped off. My understanding.

Yeah in reading and skimming, that's what the dad said too I believe. I am just wondering if there was ever anyone who said she even was at the crack house (aside from her bf, etc.) or proof. I mean we know the baby boy was from all it sounds like and he is okay but that girl could have disappeared before they even ever got that far...

I assume these "witnesses" were others at that house, and not just the couple themselves. It seems stupid to lie about where they had her last. They already admitted to abandoning an infant. Why lie and say she was at the house if she wasn't? Would have been easier to say they left her with the baby and they don't know what happened after that. I acknowledge that drug addicts don't use the same "logic" so it's very possible the story isn't true. But it sounds like they may have independent witnesses.

It would also be extremely easy to verify if they took her to a hospital or not. Even if they say they don't know which one, they can check every hospital within a certain radius, which it sounds like they did.
This is unfortunately not going to end well for Oaklee. I hope we're wrong though.

Because the very same people aren't leading them to her body or better yet to her alive somewhere.

It could be other people, that's more believable but all I read was "he" said taht.

Someone else allegedly called in the infant.

Anyone there though was at a crack house so it seems so sorry, I'm not going to give any of them credence and I saw nothing saying someone else at the house said the girl was there. The baby boy, yes, apparently.

A timeline of the disappearance of Oaklee Snow, toddler last seen in Indianapolis

Nov. 7 – The District Court in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, files for a warrant of arrest for Roan Waters on charges of child abuse. Police there allege that Roan Waters, the mother's boyfriend, struck Oaklee Snow in the face, causing her to have trauma to her mouth and lips.

Jan. 19 – Oaklee Snow’s father reports that the 2 year old and her 7-month-old brother, Coleton, were taken by their mother, Madison Marshall, from his home in Cromwell, Oklahoma. He told the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office that Marshall and Waters took the children without authorization and likely fled to Indiana, where Waters has family. After learning of the abduction, the Okfuskee County Sheriff’s Office enters the children into the National Crime Information Center database as missing.

Late January/early February – Waters, Marshall, Oaklee and Coleton arrive in Indianapolis. Waters’ mother allows them to stay in a home she owns on Albany Street near the intersection of East Troy and Madison avenues south of downtown Indianapolis. She bought them baby formula and supplies to assist with caring for the kids. During this time Waters’ sister visits the home and sees bruising on Oaklee’s legs. The sister confronts the couple, who get angry and tell her to leave.

Feb. 9 – Waters’ mother gets a call from “Chad” telling her that Waters and Marshall left Coleton alone with him and asking her to get the baby. She arrives and then calls Waters’ sister to care for the child. When asked why they left the baby alone, Waters tells his sister it’s because Oaklee hurt her head bouncing on a ball and needed emergency care. The sister saw Waters and Marshall return to the house as she was leaving. She did not see Oaklee and did not try to speak with the couple. Later that night the sister reports to the Department of Child Services that Waters and Marshall left Coleton alone at the home because they needed to take Oaklee to the hospital. Witnesses later tell police they saw the couple leaving the house with "what looked like a child wrapped in a blanket" and that the child "did not appear to be moving, talking or crying."

March 3 – The Greenwood Village Police Department in Colorado arrest Waters on an outstanding warrant after responding to a complaint about occupants of a Best Western Hotel. Investigators learned Marshall was staying at the hotel but was not there when police arrived. There were no signs that children were at the hotel. Waters told investigators he, Marshall and the two children left Oklahoma in his blue Dodge Durango and traveled to a “trap house” in Indianapolis to use drugs. He said they abandoned Coleton at the house in Indianapolis before leaving for Colorado. His sister picked up the infant and turned him over to the Department of Child Services, Waters told investigators. He was “unable or unwilling” to tell police Oaklee’s location. During jail calls to his mother, Waters said he helped Marshall with “dropping (Oaklee) off somewhere” but did not provide specific details.

March 3 – Marshall showed up at the home of Waters’ sister asking to stay. The sister said she could, but only if Marshall told her where Oaklee could be found. Marshall left the home on foot instead. The sister hadn’t seen or heard from her since.

March 6 – At roughly 4:30 p.m. investigators reach out to the Indianapolis FBI Office and request assistance finding Oaklee, Coleton and Marshall. After confirming Coleton’s whereabouts with the Department of Child Services, they reach out to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit for assistance. Coleton’s father, DCS told investigators, had taken custody of Coleton and likely returned to Oklahoma.

March 7 – Indianapolis police serve a search warrant at the house on Albany Street in Indianapolis. It’s unknown what, if anything, was found during that search.

March 8 – Shortly after 3 p.m. Indianapolis police post an alert seeking help from the public finding Oaklee. They report the toddler “may be in the Indianapolis area.”

March 23Marshall is arrested in Harnett County, North Carolina, after the sheriff’s office received an anonymous tip. Oaklee's whereabouts remain unknown.

Well if in chronological order, the bf was wanted for child abuse of Oaklee before they every took the kids. I'd sure like to know how they did that, took both kids.

And evidence of abuse continued, noted by HIS own sister.

WHY not just leave the kids with the dad and go drug and party on their own...

I fear the answer to the question of just WHY they wanted the children with them.

Clearly homeless, having to ask his family for a place to stay and more but take two children along with.

Mom also is apparently a POS, asking for a place to stay yet unwilling to tell where her DAUGHTER is.

CROMWELL, Okla. (KFOR) – The desperate search for Oaklee Snow, a missing 2-year-old girl from Cromwell, is still on. On Tuesday night, a bake sale and candlelight vigil were held in her honor.

“All we can do is just keep up the hope,” said April Kelley, a close family friend. “We have been told, you know, to expect the worst. But still, until you actually hear those words… Then we’re going to keep on going.”

<snip>
Zachary Snow said he expects to get an update from the FBI sometime this week.
