Case History: On 09-03-1980, a contractor who was in the process of building a home on the location, found a human skull, in a shallow ravine north of 4 Rich Road. No other remains were found. The incident was reported to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office. A Forensic Anthropologist later determined the skull belonged to a 12 to 13 year-old juvenile. The skull was not buried and completely exposed to outside elements for the last several years. No other information is available.
