Misa Hylton, the mother of Justin Combs and an ex-girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs, posted a video and a statement on Instagram Tuesday criticizing the "militarized force used" during last week's law enforcement raid of the music mogul's Los Angeles mansion.

"The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable," Hylton wrote. "If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!"

Sean Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by Homeland Security Investigations agents and other law enforcement officers as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation, U.S. officials confirmed on March 25.

Hylton's video showed three armored vehicles arriving at the hip-hop mogul's residence and at least a dozen heavily armed officers entering the home. One officer appears to turn a security camera toward the ground.

In Hylton's video, which appeared to have been edited to combine various angles of security camera footage, the officers are seen handcuffing Justin and his brother Christian "King" Combs, 26, while what looks like a drone flies around the residence.

"Enough is Enough!" Hylton wrote. "Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed?? How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive??"

Hylton said her son's attorney is investigating to determine if the force used by law enforcement was excessive. "We will fight for justice utilizing every imaginable resource. I'm not with the propaganda!!!!" she wrote.

In a statement released a day after the raids, a lawyer representing Sean Combs called the raids a "gross overuse of military-level force," adding that there was no excuse for the "hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."

"Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way," the lawyer, Aaron Dyer, wrote in the statement. "This unprecedented ambush —paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence— leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name."
THERE IT IS!!! Innocent. Didn't do it. Well then. O.K.

So a guy who's serving a 28 year sentence for voluntary manslaughter says Diddy is making Hip Hop look bad?

simon cowell facepalm GIF
Exactly. It makes itself look bad.

When Homeland Security raided Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles in connection with a sex trafficking investigation, some people think that officials may have found some hard evidence on the music creator, including some evidence that involved some of his peers.

In an interview on “The Art of Dialogue,” Diddy’s ex-bodyguard, Gene Deal, claims that there may be several people that Diddy hung out with who could be involved in any evidence that was found, and it’s not just celebrities.

“I don’t think it’s only going to be celebrities that are going to be shook,” Deal said. “He had politicians in there, he had princes in there, he also had a couple of preachers in there.”

Deal then mentioned Lil Rod’s lawsuit, which claimed that every room in Diddy’s house was taped.

“I think the celebrities that may be worried is because of what Lil Rod said,” Deal said. “Lil Rod said in his affidavit that Diddy had every room taped and bugged. Can you imagine? He had every room taped and bugged, and they found little bugs and tape recorders… They found them in the house. So by them having those things in the house and people know there’s drugs and alcohol, there’s loose women, there’s loose men … All kinds of crazy s—. They’re just wondering who or when they’re gonna let this stuff be known.”

In a lawsuit that was filed in February 2024, Diddy’s former producer, Lil Rod claimed that Diddy sexually assaulted him repeatedly, fondling his genitals and his anus.

LOS ANGELES — A lawsuit that names Sean “Diddy” Combs as a co-defendant alleges that his son Christian “King” Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father.

The suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court says Sean Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward. It’s the latest in a series of lawsuits accusing the producer and music mogul of sexual misconduct, and it comes amid a federal sex trafficking investigation that led Homeland Security agents to raid his homes in Los Angeles and Miami last week.

Grace O'Marcaigh, who worked as a crew member and a bartender on the boat, says that in late December 2022, Christian Combs pressured her to drink tequila that she believes was spiked with other drugs. He groped her breasts and genitals and attempted to force her to perform oral sex, the suit alleges.

The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused unless they come forward publicly, as O’Marcaigh has done. She also consented to being named through her attorneys.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Sean and Christian Combs, called the lawsuit “lewd and meritless.”

"We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim," Dyer said in a statement.

Dyer called the investigation that brought last week's raids "nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht throughout the holidays in 2022, “had full control of the staff and premises” and created circumstances where her assault was not only tolerated but encouraged.

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, said when Christian Combs, then 24, came aboard late one night, he appeared heavily intoxicated and began giving her inappropriate attention.

She said the two were in a music studio on board the ship, where producer Rodney Jones, who filed his own lawsuit in February, was told to be available around the clock for Sean Combs to work on his next album.

O’Marcaigh said in the suit that Christian Combs was insistent that she take shots of tequila, and she drank out of obligation.

The suit alleges he became increasingly aggressive with her, violently grabbing her arm as she tried to get out of the situation then groping her. The drinks made everything blurry, unusually quickly, the suit says.

Microphones in the studio, where Jones was told to capture everything, recorded their exchange, and the lawsuit includes a transcript where O’Marcaigh demands that Christian Combs stop touching her.

The suit alleges that he later continued the assault in the ship's movie theater, which was used as a spare sleeping area and where she was attempting to find a place to spend the night because the rooms were all taken, before another crew member appeared and he stopped.

O’Marcaigh told the yacht's captain about the assault the following morning, but she alleges that after Combs gave him a large amount of cash the same day, the captain failed to meaningfully investigate or take any action.

The suit says O'Marcaigh was eventually fired in retaliation and has since been unable to find work in the music industry where she had planned to build a career. It says since 2022, she has suffered severe emotional trauma.

The lawsuit seeks damages to be determined at trial.

His comment is disgusting. He put himself in a position for it to happen several times?. Then acts ignorant about it. O.K.

Jade Ramey, the Instagram model accused of being one of Diddy’s sex workers in recent legal docs, is breaking her silence.

Through her publicist Eve Sarkisyan, Ramey denied the allegations brought against her in producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against the music mogul, telling Entertainment Tonight in a statement, “Dating someone doesn’t directly correlate to any of the false allegations made.”

“Yes, I dated someone,” she said. “How unfortunate we’ve entered a time where caring for someone or falling in love is worthy of scrutiny in the court of public opinion. What may be amusing for you is real life for others, and my feelings have never been for entertainment, nor are they up for discussion.”

Diddy's associate, Brendan Paul, has just been charged with one felony count of drug possession, and it could spell trouble for the rap mogul.

Paul, who worked as Diddy's main assistant, was arrested in March at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after feds raided the plane and found cocaine and marijuana candy. He was arrested and taken into custody, a the same time the feds were raiding Diddy's Miami and L.A. mansions.

The 25-year-old, who was extremely close to Diddy and was privy to Diddy's comings and goings, pled not guilty. His lawyer, Brian Bieber, tells TMZ, "We will be dealing with this case in the courtroom, not the court of public opinion."

As we have extensively reported, Diddy is in the crosshairs of the feds. He's being investigated for sex trafficking, illegal gun possession and other alleged crimes.

The wild card now is Brendan Paul. The feds are clearly not eyeing this as a major crime, but they're now in a position to offer Paul a deal ... possibly dropping or reducing the charges in return for cooperation in the Diddy case.

Stay tuned ...

Liza Gardner, one of the women who sued Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, intends to move her lawsuit from New York to New Jersey. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Gardner’s lawyer Tyrone Blackburn informed Judge Richard G. Latin of new evidence precipitating the move in a letter sent on Saturday (May 4).

“Plaintiff and this writer have received information from several witnesses: a former employee of UMG subsidiary Uptown Records and a Bad Boy Records executive,” Blackburn wrote. “This new information adds context to the Plaintiff’s claims and clarifies the timeline. The first and second witnesses have photos of Plaintiff and Defendant Aaron Hall from the day of the assault, which was taken a few hours before he raped Plaintiff. The first and second witnesses also confirmed that the sixteen-year-old plaintiff was assaulted at the MCA event in New York City, went to dinner in New York City, and then was taken to New Jersey, where the rape occurred. The former employee confirmed that Aaron Hall was an employee of MCA at the time of the rape.”

Blackburn told the judge his client sought to voluntarily discontinue her case without prejudice in New York and refile her lawsuit in New Jersey. Blackburn, who also represents Diddy’s accuser Lil Rod, was previously referred to a grievance committee for “improperly” filing cases in federal court to attract media attention.

Gardner sued Diddy and Hall for sexual assault, battery and negligent infliction of emotional distress in 2023. She accused Diddy and Hall of sexually assaulting her and a friend in 1990. Gardner, who was 16 years old at the time of the alleged attack, said she met the Bad Boy Records founder and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records.

Diddy is making moves to have a lawsuit by Jane Doe thrown out of court, claiming the victim blew her chance to sue him years ago!

Hip-Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently battling to dismiss a disturbing lawsuit against him and his enterprises following severe allegations of sexual misconduct dating back to 2003.

The legal challenge, lodged by the obscure plaintiff identified only as Jane Doe, accuses Diddy, Bad Boy employee Harve Pierre and an unnamed associate of sex trafficking and gang-raping her when she was 17 years old at his Manhattan recording studio Daddy’s House.

In her lawsuit filed on December 6, 2023, Doe alleges that during her traumatic encounter, she was coerced into oral sex by Diddy’s longtime producing partner, Harve Pierre, who also supposedly smoked crack during the incident.

The complaint details how Pierre allegedly transported her from Detroit to New York on a private jet and provided her with drugs and alcohol until she was inebriated and unable to consent.

The filing includes photos purportedly from the night in question, one depicting Doe seated on Combs’ lap, bolstering her claims.

Diddy’s legal team, spearheaded by attorney Jonathan Davis, has put forth multiple arguments for dismissing the accusations, primarily emphasizing that the lawsuit is time-barred.

The alleged incidents occurred in 2003, but the legal action was not initiated until 2023, significantly beyond the statute of limitations.

Davis highlighted in court documents that any assertion to revive the claim under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law (VGM) should be disregarded as it conflicts with the provisions of the Child Victims Act (CVA) from 2019.

According to Diddy’s defense, the deadline to enact claims under this act expired in August 2021, making Doe’s accusations procedurally invalid.

Moreover, Diddy’s representation contended that the purported behaviors of his colleagues shouldn’t be attributed to him or his companies, asserting that such acts fall outside the realm of employment responsibilities.

Davis further criticized the lawsuit’s narrative technique.

“At the top of Plaintiff’s pleading is a bolded, legally irrelevant ‘trigger warning’ calculated to focus attention on its salacious and depraved allegations. This stunt is intended to prominently showcase a baseless and time-barred claim,” Davis explained.

On his part, Harve Pierre has refuted all the charges against him, describing them as wholly fabricated and motivated by financial interests.

Pierre declared, “This is a tale of fiction. I have never participated in, witnessed, nor heard of anything like this, ever. These disgusting allegations are false and a desperate attempt for financial gain.”

A 2016 surveillance video obtained exclusively by CNN shows Sean “Diddy” Combs grab, shove, drag and kick his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura during an altercation that matches allegations in a now-settled federal lawsuit filed by Ventura in November.

The footage, compiled from multiple camera angles dated March 5, 2016, appears to show the rapper, producer and business mogul during an incident that, according to Ventura’s complaint, occurred at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. CNN verified the location based on publicly available photos of the former hotel’s interior.

In the video, Ventura exits a hotel room and walks to a bank of elevators. Combs, holding a towel around his waist, runs down a hall after Ventura. He grabs her by the back of the neck and throws her to the floor. Still holding his towel closed with one hand, he then turns to kick her, the video shows.

As Ventura is on the ground, Combs retrieves a purse and suitcase from the floor near the elevators. He turns around and kicks Ventura again as she lies motionless on the floor. About four seconds transpire between the two kicks, according to the video. He then briefly drags Ventura by her sweatshirt toward a room before walking away.

Ventura is then seen slowly standing up. She gathers items from the floor and moves to pick up a phone on the hallway wall near the elevators. Combs, still in a towel and socks, returns. A mirror directly across from the security camera shows Combs appearing to shove Ventura.

Seconds later, he sits down on a chair, grabs an object off a table and forcefully throws it toward Ventura. Combs is seen walking away, then turns toward Ventura once again when an elevator door opens and someone appears to exit.

Ventura, who reached an undisclosed settlement with Combs, declined to comment on the video obtained by CNN.

Ventura’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, said: “The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday by Crystal McKinney, a former model and winner of MTV’s 1998 Model Mission competition show.

According to the complaint, filed in New York and obtained by CNN, McKinney claims that she was “drugged and sexually assaulted” in 2003 by Combs following a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City.

McKinney, who was 22 years old at the time, first met Combs at a dinner, where he came on to her “in a sexually suggestive manner” and told her to call him later, the complaint alleges. McKinney “felt confused but hopeful that Combs would fulfill his promises to help her career,” and Combs invited her to his recording studio later that night, the complaint continues.

At the studio, Combs offered McKinney marijuana, which she claims was “laced” with “a narcotic or other intoxicating substance.” The complaint alleges Combs saw McKinney was “very intoxicated” and demanded her to follow him as he “physically led” her to the bathroom.

In the bathroom, Combs “began kissing her without her consent” and later “forced her to perform oral sex on him,” according to the complaint.

After the assault, McKinney claims she felt “more and more woozy and then lost consciousness,” later waking up in a taxicab heading back to the apartment belonging to the designer she was working with at the time. “As her consciousness returned, Plaintiff realized that she had been sexually assaulted by Combs,” the complaint reads.

CNN has reached out to representatives for Combs and McKinney for comment, as well as representatives for Bad Boy Records, Sean John Clothing LLC, and Universal Music Group Inc., the entities of which were also named as defendants.

McKinney is suing the defendants for violation of the New York Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law.

According to the New York City Council, the law gives “survivors of gender-motivated acts of violence more time to pursue civil actions by extending the statute of limitations” and also “applies to such acts committed by parties who direct, enable, participate in, or conspire in a gender-motivated act of violence.”

McKinney was crowned the winner of MTV’s Model Mission in 1998 and was awarded a modeling contract with IMG. She became a familiar face on various MTV shows and modeled in a fashion campaign for designer Tommy Hilfiger.

As a result of the incident, McKinney became “severely depressed,” and “experienced alcohol and drug addiction” as she tried to cope, the complaint claimed. To this day, the complaint states, McKinney still experiences mental health struggles stemming from the alleged assault and has since ceased pursuing a career in modeling.

She is seeking an unspecified amount in punitive and compensatory damages.

Sean “Diddy” Combs apologized on Sunday for physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, two days after CNN published exclusive hotel surveillance video from 2016 in which Combs appeared to grab, shove, drag and kick her.

“My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video,” he said in a video statement posted on Instagram.

“I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now,” he added. “I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”

Combs had previously denied Ventura’s allegations of assault, which were the basis of a now-settled federal lawsuit filed by Ventura in November.

Meredith Firetog, an attorney for Ventura, said in a statement on Sunday following the release of Combs’ apology: “Combs’ most recent statement is more about himself than the many people he has hurt. When Cassie and multiple other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that his victims were looking for a payday. That he was only compelled to ‘apologize’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his disingenuous words.”

Exclusive: A federal grand jury may soon hear from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ accusers

By Elizabeth Wagmeister and Josh Campbell, CNN

CNN —
Federal investigators are preparing to bring accusers of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs before a federal grand jury, two sources familiar with the probe tell CNN — signaling the US Justice Department is moving toward potentially seeking an indictment of Combs.

Possible witnesses have been notified by investigators that they could be brought in to testify in front of a federal grand jury in New York City, according to one source. Bringing individuals who have filed civil lawsuits against Combs before a grand jury would mark a significant escalation in the government’s ongoing investigation involving the producer and Bad Boy Records founder.

Combs has been named in eight civil lawsuits since November – seven directly accusing him of sexual assault. One of the eight lawsuits, filed by former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, has been settled. Another lawsuit accused his son Christian Combs of sexual assault, and Sean Combs is accused of aiding and abetting.

A spokesperson for the Homeland Security Investigations agency (HSI) declined to comment on the existence of a grand jury, but noted the investigation remains ongoing.

These potential witnesses have not yet been prepped for testimony, both sources told CNN, cautioning that HSI investigators are still in the process of gathering evidence and questioning potential sources of information in their federal probe into Combs.

One source said investigators are being thorough and taking their time to ensure that an indictment, should there be one, is “bulletproof.”
