P. Diddy accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault

I think I’m gonna pass. I may read up on this when more information is gathered and I can just get it all over with at once. The trickling in is creeping me out really bad.
Me, too! Just posting for those braver than I am.

BUT, like I've said, the difference all lies in consenting and being adults. I don't care what people do if they are ALL consenting AND adults. It's sure sounding like there was a lot of non consent. Even if a person originally consents and changes their minds, that is not consenting, which sounds like is often the case here.

What if they’re consenting because they’re scared? How would the other person know? There’s going to have to be some pretty damning evidence in this case. I think it’s hard to say that they were drugged to perform sex. How are they to know that the people didn’t ask to use the drugs, and then loosened up and performed sex? Not that I don’t believe that sometimes people get someone to drink alcohol and use drugs in order to loosen them up. That’s where the problem lies, though, trying to prove it.

Consenting because they are scared doesn't sound like consenting to me. That sounds like intimidation.

Agreed. But let’s say the guy asked the girl to have sex with them and they really don’t want to but they’re scared not to, so they say yes. How is he supposed to know? That’s how I was putting it. If the guy knows that she is scared, then he needs to back off for sure.

Again, the intimidater knew she was not consenting to do what they wanted her to do, whether the other people did or not.

That's the accusation, not the verdict.

Look, I'm not a fan of this guy AT ALL, but I'm not ready to hang him until I hear his side.
My whole thing on this is upon consent. If people want to be freeky and kinky, so be it. Not my thing, but have absolutely nothing against those that choose to do so.

This filing just solidifies it to me that lack of consent is heavily being looked into. As it should be.

Agreed. If the evidence shows trafficking is involved, I hope heads roll!
