John Doe was admitted to Eastern State Hospital. For decades, he worked as a farm laborer. On June 19, 1951 he was hit by a car and suffered head injuries. He died from his injuries on June 21, 1951. At the time of his death, his hair was gray/partially gray. His age of estimated 55-75 years was at the time of his death. At his death, he weighed 150 lbs.

At the time of his death, he had a recognizable face.
He has never been identified.
