Eye Color: Blue or hazel
Distinguishing Marks/Features: Scarred fingertips. No other scars noted. No tattooes noted. Very little to no body hair.
Dentals: Available with San Angelo PD. Edentulous with an upper plate denture with one tooth missing.
Fingerprints: Not available. Center of each finger pad was either damaged or abused to the point that very few fingerprint characteristics could be obtained - possibly purposely removed.
DNA: Available.

Additional Personal Items: Eye glasses. A form from the Pima County, Arizona Health Department.
Case History
The victim suffered an apparent heart attack at the Christians in Action store in San Angelo, Texas on March 31, 2005. EMTs rushed him to the Shannon Hospital Intensive Care Unit where he died shortly thereafter.
He was thought to be a transient, apparently hiding his true identity based upon the number of IDs he had: Harold Frysinger, Roger S. Smith, Gerald Brown, Peter Turner using DOBs of 02/22/1922 and 7/02/1924.
