If there is all this evidence, why hasn't he been rearrested?
She has either always been there which fits with my main thoughts (although I entertained all over time) and where I usually came back to settle. I leaned toward he made his alibi in Broomfield, staged bike and helmet near home, etc. and in the window of time he had (a lot) went the opposite direction not with his vehicle but hers or one of the girls', etc. He had two windows depending on if you believe she was killed Friday or Saturday and whether you believe it was her or Barry talking to Libler. Like I said, there is a smaller school out there that think it may have been Friday. Sat however is all the key stuff and the AA details it all well. Along with phone records, telemetrics and so much more.
It all fits well with my main scenario in my head throughout although I never expected her to be buried shallowly.
HOWEVER I can also easily believe he moved her and have many reasons that I can believe that as well. I'd like to know what they conclude or find or if they believe she has been there throughout.
As all know, I get little time and I am always asking for someone to fill me in or help if they can BUT admit it and share when I can as well and I admit for instance I haven't read the entire defense filing in Delphi but believe I was first to point it out and start reading the intro. My point is I am never going to tell someone or say you need to go read the 100+ page AA in this case OR be a hypocrite as I haven't read all in other cases, etc. but I AM going to say you are operating without a lot if you haven't read it. Yes, shows have done a full recap etc. of this case or overview but even those just don't have the AA and all it has in it. Barry is guilty of this and if anyone can read it all and not come to that conclusion then they are TRYING to avoid doing so.
As far as rearrest Tresir, it is early days first. Second this is not the same jurisdiction. They identified her fast, I thought that was interesting and amazing... It is believed of course she went "missing" at home or died at home, even the bike ride (fake) was in Chaffee but her body wasn't found there any more than it would have been found in Chaffee if in Broomfield, different county as well.
Can you really tell me in this short of order in your country or ours you see such results and all this fast? Cause of death, tox, forensics and so on?
No offense but you say you followed this case initially then fell off or something, etc. You can't have if you have never even seen BM's appeal video, it is one of the big things along with reward, GFM and FB page that sent people giving the benefit of the doubt off on BM, etc. and suspecting. Then there was nephew Trevor who just like neighbor bike lady I don't know if Barry was manipulating or Trevor knew (I am guessing playing him) having ito leak the bike was found, something about the helmet etc. There is just sooooo much. AA covers a TON but that isn't even all of it.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to give the benefit of the doubt but in this one for almost all people who followed well no way he wasn't responsible for her murder.
I do agree with you on the Os in Delphi, I don't in this one. I have stated flat out here no matter what comes of this, NOTHING will EVER change my mind on this one. And that is because it is all there and so obvious. I don't ever jump to 100 percent basically EVER . I lean but I always leave room to change my mind but not in this one.
The idea that BM is not responsible for SM's death is akin to saying grass has never been green nor the sky blue. For me. But it is based on EVERYTHING.
