Missing From: Anchorage, Alaska
Classification: Endangered Missing
Sex: Female
Race: White
Date of Birth: 11/22/1968 (51)
Age: 26 years old

Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, hazel/brown eyes. Vicent may use the alias Lisa A. Hill.

Details of Disappearance
Vicent was last seen at her home in the Mountain View neighborhood of Anchorage, Alaska on June 14, 1995. She got into an argument with her live-in boyfriend, Tyrone Verso Hill, and left the house on foot, and has never been heard from again.

Hill reported her missing two weeks later. It's worth noting he has a long criminal record for charges including assault, domestic violence, robbery, hit and run, and drug-related offenses. He maintains his innocence in Vicent's disappearance.

Vicent was born in Florida and moved to Alaska as a teenager. She has relatives in Virginia. She was arrested three times on prostitution charges in the 18 months prior to her disappearance.

She has not had any contact with her five young children since the time she went missing, which is uncharacteristic of her; Hill stated she might have left him but would never have left the children. Her case remains unsolved.

The idea that an unknown serial killer might be terrorizing the women of Anchorage was raised in a 2009 story by Andrew Holland of America’s Most Wanted, who wrote of the horrific murder and dismemberment of Desiree Lekanoff and Michelle Rothe, whose dismembered torsos were found washed up on the shore of Turnagain Arm in 2003. Both women had been sex workers. Names of missing women who police have stated may be possibly linked–Robin Vansickel, Jeri Brommels, Samantha Kent, Tracie Vicent and Kelly Sue Dunn–are all women who were involved in the sex trade. Disgraced businessman, drug addict and pedosadist Josef Boehm claimed to have information about the torso murders, but nothing seems to have come of that report. We can only speculate as to why there was no follow-up.

Alaska Underworld: More than 5 years after torsos wash up in Anchorage, cases remain unsolved

During their investigation on the Lekanoff/Rothe case, Anchorage detectives told AMW they came across at least five other names of women who had turned up missing in Anchorage. Between 1993 and 2001, Traci Vicent, Jeri Brommels, Kelly Dunn, Robin Van Sickel and Samantha Kent had all vanished without a trace. Cops think they could all be connected by Anchorage's underground world of sex and drugs.
