In 1984, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department arrested William Richard Bradford for the murder of his teenage neighbor and a barmaid. A search of his apartment led to the discovery of photos of more than 50 women. Bradford posed as a freelance photographer from 1975 until 1984 in order to lure his victims to his apartment. Police believed he photographed his victims before he murdered them. Investigators are asking the public's assistance in locating or identifying the women, who may have been raped or killed by William Richard Bradford prior to his arrest in 1984.
