It's a horrid story. I read it.
While I tend to believe her, and not him, I would have to stay somewhat not certain all the way because there ARE mothers who get their kids to do this and play this game in custody battles. I've seen it myself. More than once. We've also seen it in cases, for just ONE example, look what Lori had Colby and Ryan doing to Joe, she was using them totally.
And this is a heated custody battle...
He is allowed to have done other bad things but no others were rape of children, it is all her children, the girls who say this. The adult daughters saying the same thing do add weight to it but at the same time where were they all these years, did they just let the youngest one go through the same and why did they not say anything? And where was mom? Did she never have a clue throughout their lives?
So there are questions and no way to be certain.
Either the judges are really corrupt OR they know more about the believability or lack of it in these claims and from time in family court.
She is trying to get him cut off and out of all their lives for good and that's the kind of mothers that do this kind of thing. HOWEVER, if true, SO WOULD YOU WANT them never near him so it could be either.
The SA of daughters not his is one thing to accept but of his own daughter is a bit tougher. I'm not saying it can't be, just that it is probably more up for debate considering there is a custody battle when such allegations out of the blue after years and years are NOT uncommon and any judge would know that...
And her just saying the adult daughters had it happen is unlike to keep the minor children away from him so she would have to involve the minor child/Ren.
I do tend to believe her side but I am just saying both things are possible and we certainly can't know...
I'd add that she apparently has no income but for what he is ordered to pay her and her having the children are going to increase what he has to pay. There's a good chance as a cop's wife where he works long shifts and all shifts most likely that she never worked in her life and has little for skills POSSIBLY.
Finally, she must be getting this story out there because it is family court and the SA of children and generally one isn't going to her much about such cases or get much more info, and certainly won't about what is true or not about the therapy either. It's pretty one sided.
I will reiterate that I do tend to believe her more but it has more to do with the fact he has had other claims about him or at least one and looks to be possibly a dirty cop, than it has to do with knowing whether she is telling the truth. I also give a bit of weight to the statements that CO courts seem to favor the male or at least courts in this area or whatever it said. HOWEVER, I don't really know that either...
One last thing I'd add is rights aren't taken away very easily and the boys were not molested and he isn't asking for custody of more than them and I don't see her getting no reunification process or visitation for the boys by him... There's a good chance imo he could get half custody and perhaps even full of the boys and he has a lawyer and she does not. Even IF a go fund me helped her, she has an outstanding bill already and anything she received imo could be taken, like if they have a home and she gets it, a judgment will be slapped on it.
Also she's live in a shelter. Was it a homeless shelter or one for DV, can't recall offhand. I'm not judging but it isn't an extremely stable life for children.
I'd really need to know more here but think the chances of that may be slim and most of this is likely coming from one side. I would for sure like to know if the first claims of SA came DURING the custody fight or divorce...
