Lisa was last seen at her home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri on October 3, 2011. Her mother, Deborah Bradley, put her to bed in her crib with her pacifier, blanket and some toys.

Deborah last saw her daughter at either 6:40 or 10:30 p.m. (Accounts differ.) That evening, she was also caring for the Lisa's two older half-brothers, who were asleep in another room. She later admitted she'd been drinking wine that night and had gotten drunk. She was also taking prescription medication for anxiety.

Lisa's father, Jeremy Irwin, an electrician, came home from work at approximately 4:00 the next morning and they discovered Lisa was gone. Several lights in the house were on, Lisa's bedroom window was open, the front door was unlocked and three cellular phones were reportedly missing.

Lisa's parents called 911 to report her disappearance shortly at 4:00 a.m. An extensive search of the immediate area turned up no sign of the baby.

Authorities stated Lisa's mother and father were less than cooperative with the investigation, something Deborah and Jeremy denied. They were engaged to be married at the time of Lisa's disappearance, although Deborah was still legally married to another man, and had a six-year-old son by him.

Deborah and her husband had been separated for about four years by 2010, and he was serving in the Army. Her husband stated he didn't believe Deborah would have harmed Lisa or been involved in her disappearance.

Three different witnesses saw a man walking down the road about three miles from Lisa's home at approximately 4:00 a.m. that night, carrying a baby dressed only in a diaper. It's unclear whether the sightings are connected to Lisa's case.

Authorities haven't named any suspects in the child's disappearance. Her parents have stated they believe she was abducted from her home late on October 3 or early on October 4, possibly by a person who wanted to raise a baby. Lisa's case remains unsolved.

Lisa has a birthmark on her right outer thigh. Two of her bottom teeth had erupted by the time of her disappearance, and she had a small bug bite under her left ear. Her nickname is Pumpkin Pie. She was last known to be wearing purple pants and a purple shirt with kittens on it.

Hello everyone! Some of you may remember me.

I have linked part 5 below. In this part, Megyn talks with Jersey. I will not have a chance to watch until this evening.

I am so glad Megyn is doing this special. I agree the way she reported on this case is the past was distasteful. Even in this special, the style of reporting was sensational. However, she's talking about Lisa and she is talking about important aspects that are often overlooked in the reporting of this case. She clearly cares and is frustrated there has been no resolution. I like that she urged people to reach out to KCPD.

I am also floored by the revelation that Jersey essentially admitted to Cyndi Short that he was in possession of the phones. Very anxious to see what he says to Megyn about that. It does seem like he was trying to get ahead of any potential evidence that could be recovered if the phones were found.

It is appalling that KCPD has not contacted the parents in over a decade, as Jeremy revealed. Not only are they silent in the media, they are silent with the family.

I will have some more comments when I have time later.

Great to see everyone!

Nina!!!

I'm floored that the family didn't choose Cyndi Short over what they did choose.

Hi Nina! :welcome:

Part 5 has arrived.

I'm going to need a night to gather my thoughts before I comment on this one. Whew. What did everyone else think?

Watching those will have to wait until after tomorrow for me, but am very interested now that she seems to realize just how much her and her profession added to the disinformation coming out on this case. I'm willing to give her a chance since she's owned it.

I can’t remember if I’m on episode three or four? But I’m right in the middle of them discussing Megan Wright. MK feels she’s genuinely a misunderstood and hard luck kid but one of the professional interviewer people think that she is manipulating and not truthful. What do you guys think about her?

Never was a fan. While she did seem "nice", I believe the manipulating part.

I just barely started episode four. This is the one about alternate theories. The Irwin‘s believe she was sold and still alive out there somewhere. I understand why they believe that because I know that in the Wix case they thought that Adrianna was most likely trafficked. They thought that for a long time, although they don’t anymore. It’s very hard for parents and grandparents to believe their little babies were murdered.

How could you not at least not have that hope that they are alive though? I wish I was as hopeful as they are.

One thing I noticed is her answers about specific details regarding Lisa's case were inconsistent with what she said initially in 2011. Whether that's due to fading memory after so many years, drug involvement at the time, something else, I don't know. In 2011, she's on camera saying she broke up with Jersey about two weeks before Lisa went missing. She told Megyn it was May or June 2011. In 2011, she is on camera saying she got her phone back around midnight that night, noticed all the logs were cleared, and then took her phone to the WH/Walmart around 3am. She told Megyn she didn't take her phone to WH/Walmart and didn't get her phone back until 8am or so, which is when she now says she noticed all the logs were deleted.

THANK YOU! It seemed to me that that story wasn’t straight, but I couldn’t remember what she said the first time.

Bottom line, I don’t think she has anything to do with Lisa’s disappearance.

My feeling has always been is that she knows a lot more than she is admitting to.

The info that intrigues me the most is that about the fraudulent charge and two more attempted charges the same day on Jeremy’s debit card one month after Lisa’s disappearance.
Did LE ever get to the bottom of that or what?!

Probably not. If the bank didn't investigate it, kcpd surely didn't.
