If fair, I have to admit too that her shifting back and forth strikes me like that too. Lifting your feet, trying to keep warm, same with his hands.

I don't want to admit it but sometimes I have to tell myself it doesn't necessarily mean anything, in cases all who follow or at least I know I do, we analyze what we can and all can have meaning... Or it could be just cold.

He sounded very rehearsed though and then even kind of backed up to make sure he got it right...
yes, I am more concerned with adoptive moms actions/expression.

I haven't seen a time that they were supposedly out. That might make a difference to me.
Orson and Orrin West, ages 3 and 4, were last seen on December 21 at a home in the 10700 block of Aspen Avenue, in California City, at around 5:45 p.m.

KTLA 5 reports that the boys’ adoptive father, Trezell West, said the children were in the backyard playing when he stepped out briefly to open a gate and gather wood. The boys’ adoptive mother, Jaqueline West, said she was inside wrapping presents.

During a press conference last week, Trezell West explained that he accidentally left the gate open after gathering wood, ABC 23 reports.

“I open up the back gate, I’m throwing wood, bringing it inside the house. My wife’s inside, she was actually wrapping gifts so we thought it was a good idea that our youngest two go outside and play with chalk on the back patio,” West said.

Sunset was at 4:44PM that day. Sunrise and sunset times in California City, December 2020

The high was 52 and the low 33 degrees https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/california-city/93505/december-weather/2167931

Were they bundled up to go outside in the dark and see their daddy?
I think it said they were each in the same thing gray sweatpants and black sweatshirt or it was the other way around, black pants and gray shirt, but identical it sounds like. No coats mentioned that I recall.

I think the bio mom talks like it was dark and the adopted dad talked like it was "getting" dark... I think there may be some doubts about the time...? Not sure.

I should add this is also worth watching. The questioning of the adoptive parents continued past what I have seen for one thing. At first it sounds like what I had heard before, but it is not. They were talking how with Covid the boys were not being taken out of the home anywhere... I don't like that one bit... It sounds like reasoning if no one else has seen them in some time... There is more. Worth a watch.

I meant to watch them last night and I forgot.

Worth it imo. Both had things worth noting. In the second one, the crowd starts hitting the adoptive parents with some very hard fast thrown questions imo. I don't think they did quite so well with them imo... You also can see what looks like LE in hazmat suits behind them going onto a property, I assume theirs... Neither is overly long.

I watched them both & didn't hear anything that was noteworthy. What specifically was said that I missed?

Tidbits mostly. I would have to go refresh but the first one had the ages of two of the other kids and i had been wondering if any were old enough that LE would talk to them or they would know when the two boys were last seen. At 9, I thought at least one likely could. This was before I watched the 2nd video and it sounds like they said the other four kids were with a grandparent when this happened or maybe they meant now or after they were taken, it was difficult to hear but I thought they meant the night the kids allegedly disappeared..

For me seeing the overhead of the home in #2 and the rooms and patios and such in #1 helped picture the area and how easy they could or could not go missing etc. Just like mapping, etc., I had been wanting better pictures.

I had never seen the tail end of the video with the adoptive parents in #2 because I guess one of the videos out there ends early and was taken by someone who did not stay until the end. I found the adoptive parents earlier to be almost ready for the questions and rehearsed in their answers. At the end when people were questioning them, I found them not nearly as "smooth" with the answers.

I don't think I heard of a bunch of liquor bottles and sawdust in the garbage before.

All sorts of different small things like that. Those are what come to mind for starters.

The press conference. NO ONE has seen ANY of the six children since this couple moved here. Dogs can't track the children out of the yard/home. He believes there is foul play. While no suspects, reading between the lines here he keeps saying they do not know how the children got out of the yard. I see much in what isn't said and some hints in what is said. It sure has been an active investigation with more evidence bags removed last night.
