I'll just say is there nothing wrong with an adult woman having a sexual relationship with a minor just as a man should not have to worry?

I'm glad they have answers but don't understand the jump to her being blameless and I guess it just took years to come clean. Same with Miller if I am following this correctly. The guy is dead and faced no justice on earth but then they come forward.

I agree in hoping Autumn now rests in peace.

I went to school with Autumn and am still in contact with people who were very close to her. My personal account of her was that of a very bright, smart, quiet, responsible girl in honors classes.
After she went missing I have heard various accounts of when she went missing. One unconfirmed account claimed it was at night, while the MP report simply states that it was at the mall (I dont think it states day or night).
I have heard from her close friends, two in particular, giving similar accounts of Autumn asking their parents if they would be willing to foster her, expressing that she was having troubles at home.
Autumn and her twin brother, who I won't name out of respect for his privacy, lived with their grandmother (who was said to be a very strict person). There are friends who reminisce about going to play at Autumn's house, but it was only when the grandmother wasn't at home.
**I would like to let it be noted that I do not know the grandmother, nor am I implying anything. These statements are second hand accounts of other persons experiences. Continuing on..

There are friends who state that she told them that she was planning on leaving. One said that she told them a couple days prior, another claimed that she told them the night before her disappearance. That same friend stated that she NEVER expected that it meant she wouldn't ever see or talk Autumn again.
To top off the reason for worry, Autumn had a close relationship with her twin brother- who has also not seen or heard from Autumn since the day of her disappearance.
It is a complete mystery.
Hugs to you @KareBear . Now we know why there were so little information, people were scared. it also shows why Autumn was in that situation, because her home life was confusing for her. So sad!

Her brother is also missing since the same time???

And what is your opinion of the woman who went free and clear here?

I know you are busy with that Australia ranch mess someone talked you into taking but if you get a chance, I'm curious.

No, her (Autumn's) brother is not missing. I heard the name of the girl who lead police to burial site, but I'm unsure of her age. I know she was granted total immunity for her testimony. And, yes, It is a mess here down under in the outback🙆‍♀️

I must have read it too fast. I see now it says he has not seen or heard from her, I thought it said he has not been seen or heard from. My mistake.

I figured it was that mess of a place in the outback taking up all your free time. Good to see you!

Human remains found in Ormond Beach positively identified as those of girl reported missing in 2004

Volusia Sheriff’s Office investigators say human remains recovered last week have been positively identified as those of Autumn McClure, reported missing nearly 20 years ago.

This week, investigators with the Volusia Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene unit worked with a scientist from ANDE Rapid DNA to develop a genetic profile from DNA extracted from the bones recovered at the Hand Ave. burial site.

That profile was compared to DNA taken from the missing teen’s family members, resulting in a match that allowed investigators to officially identify their Jane Doe as Autumn McClure.

According to Sheriff Chitwood, they were able to recover “99.9 percent” of Autumn’s body.

Investigators say by using their in-house ANDE Rapid DNA technology rather than sending the sample to the state crime lab for analysis, they were able to significantly reduce the time it took to make an identification for McClure’s family.

According to the sheriff’s office, detectives are still trying to determine the exact cause of death, but said that could be difficult because the remains were entirely skeletal.

The man believed to be responsible for killing McClure and burying her body, Brian Donley, died during a medical procedure in May of 2022 at the age of 49, just as he was being developed as a person of interest in the case.
