that is incorrect because I pay to be a member and I don't have sound either

the verdict will be read out loud by the Judge after the foreperson is finished
 
Yep. Sentencing should come yet today from what I am hearing.

She's been years in county and that's now over. Too MANY years.

Okay. I heard the #20 so the one dismissed was probably somewhere in between 1 and 20. But guilty on all counts though right?

It's the right verdict. I do think her guilty. Once I heard they were in and they came back that quick, guilty was a no brainer too. To find 19 counts and fill out all the paperwork, they had to be likely being agreement from almost the first vote/moment of deliberations.

I'm waiting for sentencing, intend to watch no doubt.
 
So the jury has a say in the verdict. Very different than here. I personally think it should be that way everywhere.
 
Well the camera man showed the jury or part. And now Court TV just left the pic up for major seconds more! Is it Court TV filming too or not? Here they go again, probably going to ruin chances for live coverage in other trials. They should have BLACKED out when this feed was being rerun.
 
I'm almost wondering if we will see any more of this live. Heads may be rolling with Court TV/media right now...

I did a bit of an overview for you some posts back so you probably know the basics now.

This case too for some reason has sat almost five years with no trial and never really ever explained why. Ridiculous. Glad it has finally been tried.

I think it's unlikely, just guessing, this is going to come back on. In fact, we will be lucky if there is a RECORDING even of it later today as I don't doubt all cameras were kicked out. Again just guessing. The judge went out of the way to protect the jurors, he even did not allow the verdict etc. to be read live so the public could not even hear juror VOICES and then here a member or two of the jury ends up on live stream to the nation awhile later! I bet he is PIZZED royally.
 
STUPID COURT TV!! I just found it on on another channel but I missed most as I had no idea anyone could carry it still. Clearly Court TV was kicked out is my guess.

Oh boy now their feed just jumped to Court TV. WTH is Court TV pulling here? The Docket didn't do it. They are wondering WHY the feed jumped to Court TV.
And now as I typed this, the video went unavailable.

Boy, I was already not a fan of Court TV but I have a feeling I'm never going to watch them again after hearing what happened here, when we do.

Now the Docket has bounced and found another one allowed to livestream it. So it is back on. Judge is still giving instructions.

Yeah, it was something else. Then they started looking for it as it rolled in front of everyone, found it, then the pic, particularly of the one woman, or the footage I should say stopped there and she was on the screen for at least five seconds if not longer on Court TV, yet again. MAJOR SCREW UP.

She had initially faced 12 counts of false report, but the state dismissed one of those counts at the start of the trial.
