JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

God is this interesting... A bit too about media and intrusion, getting the exclusive, etc... And having a heart...

This was fun and not fun but they are covering why like her feet in shackles are always something the camera gets etc. it really tells people why such goes on... OMG it's' just good.

A lot towards the end of how cameras, TV, etc. works and why like there is always a shot of Lori in shackles and Nate told Colby why, et. and I think we all wonder how that all works, very interesting. Imo.

Will she be in normal clothes and no shackles when she is defending herself? She has to be really right, otherwise it would be prejudicial, wouldn't it?

I'm waiting for her to claim the opposing atty uses Botox so she can get herself some lol. She uses the word prejudicial a LOT and yes, she claims she should be on an even ground with being able to be unshackled as the P atty, dress the same and so on.

The word prejudicial works like magic with most judges... I don't know what the deal is but I've been told that...

I don't think it's decided yet but i imagine the judge will let her be in street clothes. The jail however is going on about their duty to see to it she is covered if unshackled, from harming others, escaping, and so on. They have to have how many deputies, etc. if so and so on. Lori stressed if I recall in her filing how she's behaved all of these years... As far as we know that's true however she was going on recently about only having an hour a day, sounding like she is in solitary or protective custody or some such. Who knows...

Been pretty interesting stuff lately.

Colby had some good questions for Nate last night and they showed he doesn't get everything either. The shows with him aren't the same as Nate covering all Lori's filings, etc. but I've found all worthwhile in their own ways. Her filings lol I can't help but find some humor in. If she wasn't so hated, I might not, but look at what she did to her kids or allowed to be done. I don't care which the case is, she's as bad either way and participated.

I think the show last night was better than the vice versa one where Nate questioned Colby.

But the shows re her filings oh boy.

So anyhow, I need to stick to one or the other, the judge already informed her she can't approach witnesses on the stand too closely, she can go to the podium only and if an exhibit or something has to have someone else hand it to the witness, etc., etc. but he also said he will limit the P the same way I'm sure so it doesn't look to a jury as if she is treated differently. I was watching the hearing when he said this. I think her filings went in at the end of it and some probably have since so as far as shackles, etc. he still has to rule. Man I think he will be glad to have this case done but he has stayed without a hitch that I've seen calm, no unfair facial expressions, etc. lol. The P too although I think probably even a harder job to do lol. Lori is going at her on a personal level almost.

Sorry to go on but it's been pretty entertaining sad to say... And it hasn't even started yet... Trial I mean. I'd agree with some of what Lori was doing IF I had any sympathy for her, but I DO NOT. I'm most definitely prejudiced when it comes to her. I shouldn't say that but then I'm not going to be a juror...

"she can't approach witnesses on the stand too closely, she can go to the podium only"

LOL she could attack them and stab them with a pen i guess. I mean she has murdered four people and tried to kill one other, so i can fully understand. Do you think the jury will suss out something is strange about this defendant right from the beginning.

So Nate's on his way. By the way, this trial is only going if I have it right through Thur, so jurors will have a 3 day weekend as will reporters, etc. And I think if I have it right, it won't start until like 10:30 their time (AZ) each day. Nate has a sponsored ride, this is just 3 minutes, haven't watched it myself yet, he's going to be very busy the next how many weeks despite the easier court schedule. I hope he stays true to what people love about him. And bites off no more than he can chew.

He did great with the nightlies and tweeting in the other trials but that's a lot of load right there. I'm old I guess, I just see it coming, he's really on a roll, has had Marcia Clark, two nights of Colby, all these filings, all sorts of things lately, Keith Morrison, and so on. I'm happy for him, but hoping he stays to what we love and doesn't overdo it. Or change.

LMAO she requested a pen by the way. I tell ya, I just can't even keep up lately, then could hardly type the last how many days or even get on the computer but it has been entertaining. I guess in a way she is really showing what is wrong if it was a different defendant, with the system. Hey, don't commit the crime then. Do they not have pens in Maricopa County and are I am guessing her mom and maybe sister not putting in enough money? I mean she manages lemons or whatever for the bad hair. Boy is she easy to hate. Maybe there is something with ink that isn't allowed in jail no idea but seriously she requested that she be given a pen oh and that of course she can't even take notes re shackles, you name it representing self and so on.

Again, I don't doubt a lot of what is said is true, but I don't have any sympathy for her, at all. These might be valid complaints that should be heard if from a sympathetic defendant. However, she is a convicted felon and I watch even her surviving son struggling. She's lived an overconsumptive life and never adulted and just, I don't even have words. And now she needs a pen. Oh sob story. Oh well. Very hard to feel any sympathy.

Colby has said you know they always had like love in the giving of "things". I'm paraphrasing but you know, pools, trips, clothing, etc. eating out, whatever wanted and so on. I can't always watch him or take it, imagine him, but he really is looking back in hindsight but he's still pretty young. But he also talks the problems, the custody fights, marriages, her ways, etc.

Anyhow, she has requested a pen. Lori in her new life.

Will they give her one? You are right she could attack with it. Yeah, the judge made it clear though he'd limit the P lady to the podium only too, to be fair... Not prejudicial. It truly has been kind of entertaining. But the judge and P lady to give them credit haven't rolled their eyes or anything lol. I think P lady is ready to. For me as well, Lori is all about the men. I feel i see that when watching. I mean don't get me wrong, she uses women as she did the Melanies, but boy if they are competent or stronger, she doesn't like them... Imo. she will turn to her female advisory lawyer, etc. who has to stay sane and help her... But look at what was done to Tylee. Any female that gets or has a mind of their own imo that dares cross her or is in her way...

I watched something the other night, forget what, where I guess Keith did not let her run things as she tried to do on Dateline. The person was saying he did a good job of NOT letting her when it was her entire agenda. I might give it a watch where I didn't plan to if it ever comes out without me paying for TV, I mean way later on, trial is about on now or will be.

I'm just watching the above YT video from Nate. It's worth it. He's kind of covering his trip, the car rental, etc. but it's fun, and fun is needed sometimes right? But he also stopped to see Tammy's grave and that of her mother's.

Hard weeks ahead, and some humor and lightness needed too, I recall in ours the first time we ever got a moment for that, our family I mean or most of it. and he isn't a victim family member but there is lightness but seriousness.

He'll manage i think his rising star thing.

I've never been to the burger place. My cousins have.

Opinions? A fan or no?

Anyhow, a pretty good 3 min video.

haven't watched myself yet but linking. i think it will keep flying the next days and weeks. and that's just in one trial coming up. motions flying, responses coming, etc.

I expect a lot to be coming in the next several weeks. Haven't watched myself yet but already had heard about the stun belt. Not sure if a new filing or decision or what. the case is on the move of course. Speedy trial.

Watching a minute I think he is just separating all the recent filings and making a separate vid on this one, probably will do for the rest too I'd imagine before things get even busier and crazier. it is short. 7 minutes I think.

It is a good short one to see lori's filing on wanting to not be shackled, dress normally, her reasoning, etc. if not time to watch the bunch filed video as it is short.

It also is the one that has her requesting the use of a pen. Also notes her stellar behavior (her words) the last five years... So a good short one to watch if like me can't hardly keep up lately on cases erupting.
