JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

Oh it sounds like a real cat fight. I so far cannot see that any witnesses have proved a conspiracy so far, can you?

I will have to watch this LOL. Is she better looking than Lori?
Imo yes. Dark haired. Not young though, didn't catch it but think she may have said 61.

I don't know if I would call it a cat fight, I mean the witness DID give it back but unlike jurors she probably followed this case after she found out Charles was dead and she knows what Lori is like and I think it is for Charles. How it is striking me so far anyhow but boy LORI is fired up trying to make her out to be something else and I'd almost say jealous. It can make me imagine her wanting Charles' phone for other reasons....Like to see their texts which she has already brought up to the woman...

I didn't even think about how Lori could see the texts! I wonder if that's what started the screaming fight between her and Charles? Not that it wasn't a set-up already, but that Lori could put in her mind that HE was cheating on HER and therefore the final act was justified.

This story just gets deeper all the time!

This is all definitely going to be clipped by stations and made the highlight of the day... Nate I think and some already do the entirety of each witness separately. Put them up later I mean separately instead of just a clip of a few moments.

Chats are going wild, at least in Nate's.

I needed a moment to think.

I hope this gets going before I have to leave for an appointment! Lori has a lot more cross, she says!

Judge never came back and told the public it was lunch. Judge said should be done quick now from what you put up Lori said not. Yesterday too they did things in the courtroom during lunch outside the jury...

Lunch will take awhile. Not sure your appt. time. At least these can always be backed up and watched though.

I have to leave here by 2:15 PST.

I need to talk this out if no one minds to see where it lands me. It came so fast and furious I haven't had a chance...

So this seems like probably a TRUE Lori, honestly. She seems jealous, upset, petty, juvenile that her husband talked about her and dated another woman and it makes you see what men deal with with her....

HOWEVER having a minute to think, if she looks to the jury as if she loved her husband and he was the one dating and so on.... So why would she conspire right if she loved him....?

I dont think it is a strategy though, she is UPSET imo. Again I need to think on it which probably won't happen until it is over lol.

Lori was heading for no limits imo. She was trying to combat that Charles would hav (e told her SO much when they'd hardly dated.... For one thing. But then she asked her something like what else he told her about HER (Lori). I am telling you it is headed for off the rails, she tried to get self under control but kept doing it. The woman I don't think will go off rails but shhas, without really going too far gotten a remark or two in, one to the judge about was she allowed to what is the word, where one goes on at length or does as Lori would like to? Tell a whole story? Lacking the word. To me that was clearly a slam at Lori. She strikes me as defending Charles and the kids even if she hadn't known him long.

She already said to Lori she wasn't sleeping with him or anything and that is how personal Lori has already made it.

If judge gets a lunch at all, I am guessing he may have his head in his hands and be calling and saying let me out of here.... Just kidding sort I of but man if it continues for awhile it is going to be quite the thing to stay on top of without coming down and having to deal with it all as fast as it comes.

The P would probably be happy I'd imagine, she is showing her true nature.

But I wonder again if she KNOWS what she is doing. I haven't sensed that, I sense it is the true Lori, BUT wise to stop and think where Lori is concerned.

I can't' emphasize enough to watch this full thing, there were no fireworks when P was questioning but there was good info in it. If there is ONE witness so far to watch, this is it to date.

Yet again I have to ask myself is she trying to make it into a circus, send the judge over or the P? Just because it is Lori one has to wonder...

Again though, that's not my instinct. My instinct is this is the true Lori. PLUS she found out she recommended Charles change his policy to Kay--right there I knew that was going to fire her up even though we couldn't see her, that is why I say watch the P's questioning too... She is mad as a hornet imo that here is another witness that Charles told things too that are coming down against her AND that they were dating AND the life insurance, ALL of it.

If she is going to keep questioning her, we are in for an interesting day...

I think they went to lunch?

And oh yeah, I do have to watch this one.
They had a problem with the headsets. That was why they sent the jury out for that last sidebar before lunch. Maybe they are trying to get the headsets fixed.

I've seen a couple of tweets that they are also taking advantage of the time to go to lunch. :thumb:

Trying hard to get a grocery order finally in here before it starts but anyhow, judge was warning her about opening the door on something. I can't read the tweets and such right now, anyone know more on to what?

Yeah I heard him say technical difficulties but I didn't buy it.

What happened to Charles phone? I thought Lori already had it as that was what the fight was about. Didn't he come back in to get his phone which he left on the counter top, after taking JJ to the car and strapping him in?

Lori not only opened the door, she walked right through it.

She is acting like a jealous woman. Since most of the jury is made up of men, will they notice? I know the women will!

So much for Lori saying she had a lot more questions. I think her jealousy was about to cause an implosion so she stopped.
