Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events
  • April 3, 2018 - Tylee Ryan's father, Joseph Ryan, dies. Death ruled heart attack.
  • December 2018 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow make first appearance on Preparing a People podcast.
  • February 2019 - Charles Vallow files for divorce from Lori, claiming she viewed herself as a god preparing for the second coming, and she would kill him if he got in her way.
  • February - April 2019 - Lori disappears for nearly two months, leaving her children with others.
  • June 2019 - Lori's niece demands a divorce from her husband, who says she shares similar beliefs to her aunt.
  • July 11, 2019 - Charles Vallow shot and killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Shooting initially ruled self-defense.
  • August 2019 - Lori moves to Rexburg, Idaho with kids
  • September 3, 2019 - Joshua "JJ" Vallow enrolled in school
  • September 23, 2019 - JJ last attended school
  • September 24, 2019 - Lori unenrolls JJ from school, saying she would be homeschooling him.
  • September 2019 - Tylee also seen in September, but it's unclear when and where (she had graduated early)
  • October 2, 2019 - Lori's niece's ex-husband was shot at, missing his head by inches. Shooter was driving a vehicle registered to Charles Vallow.
  • October 9, 2019 - Tammy Daybell, Chad's wife, called 911 and said a masked man shot at her with a paintball gun.
  • October 19, 2019 - Tammy Daybell dies, death is ruled natural
  • October 25, 2019 - Tylee, or someone using her phone, texts a friend
  • Late October / Early November 2019 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow get married
  • November 26, 2019 - Welfare check requested for JJ at the request of extended family - police are told he is in Arizona with family, but he is not
  • November 27, 2019 - Police return to serve a search warrant, finding the Daybell's gone
  • December 12, 2019 - Lori's brother, who had shot her ex-husband, dies mysteriously in Arizona
  • December 20, 2019 - Search for JJ and Tylee goes public
  • December 30, 2019 - LE says Lori knows where her children are but will not cooperate
  • January 25, 2020 - Chad & Lori are located in Hawaii, served with a notice that she must produce the children within 5 days
  • January 30, 2020 - Lori fails to produce JJ and Tylee

I think I MAY have heard this before but if so only once. If at all. Mel's kid Lori asks Chad about and he gives him a seven and then as texts go on Chad decreased the child's paint tolerance (man is he powerful), etc. More on that. Then it goes on to talk of Rhonda who is Kay Woodcock.

Even these living children like Mel's boy, what the heck were they around or exposed to that he drew crosses on the wall and was considered trouble and dark for doing so??!!! CROSSES.

Both Mels need to be charged but Mel P/B DEFINITELY needs to be. There is so much around her that logic would defy any jury to not see it. Brandon's attempted murder and far more.

And he was able to leave Lori's trial and not testify...

Her kids were next. I won't say his name which is said in this video but because he is a child I won't. Mel's son was next or one in line as I am sure many more were.

I hope Lori's eyes continue to bug out and we need Chad's to as well, Mr. Silent Controlling Toad trying to keep his Storm in check until they fall out of their sockets as they are, I am sorry, both aligned with the Devil himself. Let me UNCAPITALIZE that. devil himself.
 
So he is writingi or wrote a book but he asks a TON of questions I think most of us have in this case/these cases. WELL worth watching. Imo.
 
You know, I am all for conviction on all counts but there has never imo been a case so many shows and how many people in the case talked on TV other than maybe the likes of OJ etc.

I personally don't think publicity generally affects juror's decisions because i HONESTLY feel all jurors take their job and the rules and people's lives and freedom very seriously.

Also for all the way I talk on this site and judge on some cases, I would never decide, judge, speculate, etc. if a juror. Or if in a job one can influence public or jurors.

She isn't the top one but she talks here. Recently.

I know everyone knows I tend to be pro-prosecution but that doesn't mean I always think news and those that talk can do no wrong.

Of course imo I am longgggg decided on Chad and Lori but

She isn't doing wrong. Nor is Nate. And she isn't the key person. And it is interesting.

Lori in court. Lori speaks. Gives her date of birth. Etc. Arraignment in AZ. With her new attorneys or at least the set of them for her arraignment. Hearing is at start of the video so no having to forward to watch it. Female judge. Arraignment. Has two flanking her. She did ask how many she would get in her first appearance.

I haven't watched it all yet so can't comment more. They've already set many dates for hearings on all counts. They are on number 7. Are there seven charges/cases? I am going to have to relisten? Female judge is mentioned judge they will be in front of, Buraski or some such...

Lori give her name as Lori Vallow Daybell... In her usual voice.

Protective order asked for and not objected to for evidence.

On a more shallow note is Lori must either always know when something is coming or it is a ritual of hers to curl her hair every night or early morn. It can't be that an inmate does it for her as she is now in a new home.

 
I am not much of a phone user for Internet so don't know how to link etc to here. But fox 10 phoenix I believe Justin lum had a yt video been eight days ago now with kay woodcock about Lori being in az. Some good points in it and worth a watch if anyone can find and link it. First I saw it and I don't think it has been on thread so if someone can find it and link it I think a worthwhile watch. She heard Lori doesn't want to be in az jail for one example and basically said anything Lori doesn't want she wants for what she caused them and others. I am not near my computer or I would. I just watched it but don't know how to share it on a phone and I am wiped. Also she thinks Chad was involved in both Charles and brandons murder and attempted murder and hopes they can get enough to charge that. I am paraphrasing. I think so too and always have. Anyhow worth a watch and putting on here I think.
