Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *JURY SELECTION*

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

You are certainly going through a HE77 of an injury and recovery. How are they handling your job? Is it guaranteed by an extended leave? So long as the doctor keeps you covered?

I am close to running out on my FMLA and I was very worried that was itt bu the HR director told me there is another kind of leave that takes over after that and so long as I have a doctor'x excus e and provide them what they need, I will keep the job.

I hope she knows what she is talking of as I took her word for it and she is not "always" right on all things... So I'm curious if that's how you have it or how it works?

Well, I decided I'm not going back to work. My recovery could be a year or more. As much as I am going to miss the federal K9 unit, the officers and those K9s I'm not going back there. The current ownership of the company can kiss my azz lol.
I'm going to focus on healing and resting/recovery. Looking to file for SSDI through a law group next week.

To get SSDI you need a lawyer. It's too convoluted to do alone.

I am pretty sure i have seen that other video. It is not reversed like the other camera. I believe there are at least two entrances/exits to the Sallyport and by law they have to have a camera covering each separate one. Can't remember where i saw this or if i even mentioned that already.

I'm about a half hour into this video. Before this video I was unsure if Lally was being lied to by the cops and fell for it, or if he was a willing participant.

I am now 99.9999999% sure he knew exactly what the investigators were doing and actively participated.

Don't bother asking me why I feel that. I've learned that trying to explain things in this thread, is a fruitless endeavor.

Based on half an hour watching a motions hearing you are sure of this. No need for you to watch any more or even the retrial then.

Hopefully I can make a quick decision too by just watching a small bit of the retrial and make my mind up. I'm sure i can, actually. ETA i dont need to even watch, because she did it from, her own admissions, yes she's guilty 120%.

I'm pretty sure the video you're referring to is when the state police moved the vehicle from the Canton PD to another location.

The one i saw had several people coming and going, putting up yellow CS tape and examining the taillight as the view was on the side of the sallyport facing the other camera and it wasn't reversed. If i come across it again i will post it. It was definitely the same Sallyport as the cruiser, the table and the yellow dummy were there.

Oh well i haven't seen that one. If you see that one again can you link it and I'll try and find this other one i saw and link that too? I may have seen it on Reddit. There is a lot about this case on there.

What I've seen was in the trial and I remember the testimony- it's the only testimony I remember re the Sallyport- and I can find the testimony, although I don't see the point.
Btw, what is the point? lol

The point i made is you mentioned it as being the one I had seen and it wasn't, that's all.


So far there seems to be at least 3 separate videos floating around so i can watch out for them in the new trial.

I only remember two different videos, that is, apart from the one where they're arriving there with the vehicle.
 
Starts a hair after 6 minutes in. Adelson is first.

They were denied. Scott said they likely would be from the start and that she wanted to have her cake and eat it too, and the various other reasons. He isn't anti, he wouldn't have found her guilty he doesn't think in the first trial, but he is saying no way did he expect the court to side with them on this. So she will be tried again on ALL charges.

Just bringing the news. No real interest as usual in discussing it. He makes good points though and it's short.
