Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *MISTRIAL*

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

His RARE good show though, like the one about falsely accused, confessions, etc. where he said anyone in the industry could make such shows if they pick and choose facts and it is not that common such happens, I put up to emu but he ignored that one as it does not match his thoughts imo... It was one of Vinnie's most honest shows ever imo...

I don't love him though. No love hate thing there at all.

I will watch any of them on occasion. I know I am not getting all facts and I am getting spin though.

Then another time a more professional show, I think this one on the Court TV platform, not his personal was about wrongful convictions and the shows that make it sound such is so common. He went on to explain anyone including him, could pick and choose their things on TV and make it sound as if it is such a thing, so common, when it is not. I pointed that one out to you, being such a Vinnie fan as you are, and you chose to skew it/ignore it... Then you come into cases and cite him as you have done here... AFter refusing to watch him.

I am very interested in the rulings as to what testimony or evidence is allowed and decisions before the new trial AND the new trial. All the rest of this is nothing but same old, same old and rehash. Emu even asked to end it the other day unless something new comes and yet he continues...

BOTH sides should be more prepared this time I would think.. Imo.

I watched a fair amount of the first trial WHEN I could go look back or do so when live... I saw or knew of few others who actually watched testimony...

I think in fact it can still be looked at and people can go back. Should be the same in this one I'd think.

I am going to try to watch and hopefully others do too with an open mind.

If Karen wants to save herself i'd stop the smirkiness. She is so like Lori Daybell in that respect and the concern about her appearances it gives her minuses.. I am serious, seeing her smirk immediately makes me think of Lori and I am sure I am not the only one...

I wouldn't agree with it, because I think she was mad and did it intentionally but that probably can't be proven, she should have and they should have granted a few years in county, reached a deal.... or a year or two in prison and then county. She could teach others about highlights and lowlights and Botox and her time would pass fast...
I don't think I have ever seen such a waste of a court's time... It is disgusting to me...

Hate really isn't an emotion I feel much...People are people, we are all human, I don't entertain ideas or even dreams of killing anyone because I hate them for instance... I do hate our perp or have... And I have not forgiven him and don't plan to... Even though I believe in God and forgiveness, nope, not my ex and not our perp. No way, now how.

Maybe one day, it maybe come IF either ever faces up to what they did and admits to such... Neither case has it happened in... The judge told our perp flat out he had no right to ask my family's forgiveness, that that is up to us and that he had owned up to NOTHING.

That's all a bit different than your question about Vinnie but just saying I'm not a hater in general.

The main one that comes to mind is about the Innocence Project and how shows too can pick and choose and make it look like a defendant was railroaded, etc. and that anyone, including himself, could do that if they pick and choose their things and edit... EXCELLENT SHOW.

I've said this many a time over many years. I don't watch or seek out news. I don't do FOX, MSNBC, CNN, etc. I am not a fan or Court TV, News Nation or Law and Crime. Of course I see them on occasion... If someone links something here about a case, and I have time, sure I read it... I'm not a Vinnie or Angenette Levy fan, etc. for instance either, but I will watch them on occasion.

Nah, just middle of the road on Vinnie is my answer. I think really good YTers do a ton better than news reporters, or Court TV, etc. by far... There are crap ones of those out there too but there are some REALLY good ones as well. News and people like Vinnie are trying to catch up kind of late in the game... Look at Nate. He's been online way longer than Vinnie and has a ton of respect. Same with Justin Lum...

you know, I don't do things like Instagram and Twitter. We all have our things. Some here I think are scared of YT. I used to never do it. I wish they'd realize how much quality is on there. I used to think it was just a place for kid quick videos lol. Not the case at all... Or how to fix something lol.

Back to Vinnie, I will just say this I'd never set any store in anything he has to say for the most part almost ever... With Read and Delphi, he goes the direction that gets him the most views. That says enough to me right there.... And sensational... Like most news...

Can't stand him. If I recall, he was involved in Delphi too and in court, or am I mixing that up? I know or believe he was in Petito, etc.

Every case tarhat gets out of control look for him along with BUllhorn Betty... I stick up for and even promote YTers, but not people like those two...

There are really quality ones on there, a sampling would be Tom, Nate, Scott...

And then there is total trash like Turtleboy...

You know one day if she goes free particularly, Karen may need to deal with her groupies and people like him... Some may well think she owes them and they are her loyal buds...
