LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

Court hearing canceled for man in child porn case possibly connected to Delphi murders

A Miami Circuit Court judge has canceled a pretrial conference for a man in a child porn case that may be connected to the murders of Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German near Delphi.

Kegan Kline, of Kokomo, was scheduled for a pretrial conference on April 14, but that has been canceled, according to online court records. A final pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1, and a jury trail remains set for Sept. 26.

To date, investigators have not explained why it took more than three years for Kline to be charged in the child porn case. Investigators have also not explained how the “anthony_shots” profile may have interacted with Williams or German.

No one has been charged in the deaths of Williams and German.

They are allegedly now looking into some app called Yubo I think it is that Kline/the fake Shotz account used... The same couple who got or found the transcript are on News Nation. They think looking at Kline for Abby and Libby is right and they are on the right path...

I remember Yellow, a sexual predator app, however it's been renamed Yubo.

*(Check my social media child predator apps that @Imamazed has linked in the resource thread.)

In the video they do call it both things, Yubo and Yellow. They said or thought it was French based (the company) and said just like any of them it started out as an app kids used that predators realized quickly was a great place where kids were, parents weren't up on, etc...

It does seem like there is as said a huge extensive ring here and at least two who were using the Shots profile from IP addresses with Kline per LE in the interview... And all these various apps...

Family: Police have DNA in Delphi murders

The family member of a killed Delphi teenager indicated that police may have DNA evidence related to the case.

During an interview with FOX News senior correspondent Laura Ingle on Monday night, Liberty “Libby” German’s grandmother, Becky Patty, said police mentioned finding DNA evidence.

“Police have said there was DNA. They have made the comment that there was DNA,” Patty told Ingle.

When asked to verify the existence of DNA evidence, Indiana State Police- Lafayette District Commander Lt. Thomas McKee said he is unable to give public comment about evidence in an open investigation.

What the hades? Why can't they say if they have DNA or not? I guess that rules out the already caught dude.

They have been doing this for years. And the one mother talked as if it was you know touch DNA or transfer DNA and all are vague about it and LE won't confirm it either. Every single one kind of dances around it. An excuse was given the last I knew too of why not try the genetic route if they have DNA.

Honestly if they have DNA, my suspicion is that it is not good enough quality or enough of the right kind to feel it is enough evidence on its own. Or they feel it isn't...

Wow! Lots of new stuff. They couldn't get a warrant for Logan's DNA?

The agent said Logan claimed someone drove him to an aquarium store in Lafayette on the afternoon of February 13 at the time the girls disappeared.

However, the agent said, “These statements were found to be factually false and intentionally designed to deceive LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers).”

The agent said Logan contacted his cousin and asked him to tell that story before the bodies were found.

“Based on investigators experience it is reasonable to believe that the creation of an alibi prior to the discovery of a crime indicates culpability or knowledge of the crime,” the agent wrote.

The agent goes on to say “I believe there is probable cause to believe that RONALD LOGAN has committed the crime of murder and evidence of that can be found on RONALD LOGAN’S property.”

That's really damning.

Did they ever search his property? Sounds like he's the guy.

What was Logan on probation for?

I'm confused even after reading the affidavit.

"Moved and staged".

Moved from where? Did LE find the original crime scene?

Or do they mean "rearranged as they were being staged"?

I cannot believe he was a suspect and now he's dead, the case is still unsolved. Agh.

After the murders the bodies were deliberately placed into a position that was something the killer found disturbing or to make a sick statement of some kind..

The police saying that someone knows more than they are saying and need to come forward, at a press conference, makes a lot of sense now. I'm guessing that was aimed at the cousin.

They should call the cousin in and offer him complete immunity for helping his cousin and they just want to know what happened and if he acted alone.

I would have to agree. They know where these girls were killed. If they were "moved" at all it was to place them in a certain position. I don't get the indication that they were killed in one area and moved to a completely different area.

I will say, though, that as damning as it can be, it can also be nothing.
People will lie about their whereabouts for so many reasons. Having an affair, buying drugs, supposed to be somewhere for a job and wasn't there...
There's a POI in the Lindsey Baum investigation. He's been my personal number 1 POI for years. Mainly because he LIED about where he was that night she disappeared. He was at the gas station she would have passed by on her walk home, around the same time she would have been walking there.
It's hard to ignore and move on to any other POIs when you know you have a guy who intentionally lied. But it's important to do so.
In this case, it's even harder because it seems like there are SEVERAL people who lied. "Anthony Shots" / Kegan Kline included.
