There is at least one more unidentified victim of Arthur Kinslaw found in 1984. It is said her name is possibly Linda.

They say he’s already incarcerated for a murder in 2000? How many people did he kill?

I’m thrilled she was identified! She was such a little cutie. I’m surprised we don’t have her anywhere in the missing profiles? I wonder what happened to that disconnect. And she stood her ground, didn’t want to be trafficked. Rest in peace sweet child.
