Amber Alert issued for pregnant teenager suspected to be with 40-year-old man​

An Amber Alert has been issued for a pregnant teenager who is believed to be with a 40-year-old man.

Sophia Franklin, 16, was last seen Sunday night at her home in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. She is three months pregnant.

Authorities believe she is with 40-year-old Gary F. Day, who is the father of Sophia’s unborn child. He was last seen at Sophia’s home Monday morning.

Day and Sophia have a no-contact order.

They are believed to be traveling in a 2014 model black Buick LaCrosse with Arkansas license plate BBR 20L.

That woman was of age, at least at that time but he sure likes them a lot younger than self.

This is awful.

Why aren't they in prison, the former couple?!! I sure hope they took that baby away from them for good!

Then in this case there is a no contact order, my guess is parents put it on...

Is he charged with rape? Perhaps paternity is already known as they wanted it to prove rape of a minor...

From what I was reading when I couldn't add a link is that the mom of the injured baby was also under age when he got with her.

Now I can't find that link! It had something else on it that seemed relevant. :gaah:

I thought I read it and I didn't see that, but perhaps it was a different link... Maybe they are rethinking what they have put out so it does not put her endanger, meaning don't pizz him off...

I only saw I think she was 19 and the baby only a few months old so all I could be sure of was that she was of age when she had that baby...

I was reading his court cases and those of his ex., Grace. Omg. Their TWO kids don't stand a chance. They're like a circus, clowns and all. I'd love to know where his kids are at.
 
This one is different than his first wife. The first wife possibly was of legal age, but still a teen. This one is 100% under age and he knows it and if this baby is proven to be his, he's looking at charges on it. I'm not liking this for her at all.

He definitely has a thing for teens. What a creep.
 
It sounds solidly known the baby is his. I don't think LE would state it as fact otherwise. Duck Duck Go is telling me paternity can be established as early as the 7th or 8th week of pregnancy. I'm pretty sure this was likely done tocharge him. I didn't look at all his charges butt does he have any relating to sex with aa minor? I imagine he does. He well could have been ordered to pay support during pregnancy as well. I believe he has enticement of a minor charges for two different periods of time if I recall. One back when and one now.

I didn't see any charges related to child molesting or statutory rape. He's definitely a threat, though.

The age of consent is 16 in Arkansas, but 18 in Wisconsin.

I hope she's okay.
