A good thing to post. Not sure I had seen it. Certainly did see articles on what they found.
Signifcan too because long before found, tranq was suspected and thought to be a part, and cap I believe (?) found in laundry and more to point to such. This also was different county entirely.
I wait every single day for this case to be recharged. I guess there's no rush, get the ducks in a row, it is a homicide.
Their daughters should have a clue by now about daddy dearest and what happened. But nope. They should meet the Daybell children except for these kids are way more attention seeking and Hollywood affected for lack of a better tmer.
Both though benefited from money or helped get it, etc...
As I guess can be seen, it absolutely enrages me how the investigation, politics and interfering people affected it.
I guess it can be seen how little patience or tolerance I have for it until charged.
Personally I never thought she would be found. It was a needle in a haystack. He could have went in any direction and traveled anywhere within a fair time range. Conveniently the girls were gone. More.
I always did lean though that he went in another direction, and then came back and went to Broomfield. Phone, GPS, vehicles, there's actually a lot. Circumstantial much of course, lies, which most actually are.
Barney Fife investigators from early on, I mean he and the friend handled the bike or were left alone, etc.
No offense intended towards Barney.
But what happened DURING this case, and the way even her family was used, is absolutely disgusting. And I don't mean her hub and kids, I mean her sibs, dad, etc. and he is also now passed.
I'm going to stop because as I've said and is clear, it is one I am very passionate and heated about. I watched everything there ever was on it from day one. Saw it all basically. Know it well.
Discovered some very good people along the way and some very bad ones.
I'm never so set that nothing could change my mind but not even a miracle in this one could. Ever. IF they proved it was someone else, he'd still be a part of it and it was NOT someone else.
And those stupid girls better get their sh*t together. No one can convince me they don't see it. I guess they are at my most kind I can be about it doing what they have to...
It's also a shining example of bad judges, politics and very dirty D attorneys that are lauded by some types.
Okay, I clearly need to stop. It's just one of my MOST passionate cases and has been for all the years since it happened. From day one basically.
It's where my "heat" on it comes from. Have watched it all.
I'm mad at a DA who probably was going to pursue the right thin but had to not keep her sh*t up as far as continuing education, licensing so she gave them openings. Mad at investigators or cops who did NOT secure and watch him. Mad at a system that let him and the eldest daughter declare her dead and quickly in their former state and seize all assets AND spend them, sell things, etc., mad at his D attorneys who I had actually seen previously and knew of in another CO case. Mad at some also big time YT retired LE or so such is said, but I'd wonder about them, who seriously afffected this case and others who took advantage, not just them.
OKAY. Now I am well aware I need to stop.
If I recall, the big Taco Lady sent food to the big search or donated something and made sure it was heard about.
I hope all is not done, and she gets justice. The way things are these days and politics, changes in officlals, staff, etc. and lack of commitment and sometimes ethics, not so sure. CO itself is a mess when int comes to such. Imo.
Okay. I AM stopping. IT is simply a PET case of mine. One of the tops. Maybe even THE top, it sure was before some others. For instance, children are the worst, and there's many of those. Serenity, Amiah, Noah, just TONS.I could rattle off names forever.
As for the adult ones though, probably my TOP. Had others prior to this happening. And lit onto CO too for reasons prior. And cases.
Anywhooo have to try to comb out this tangly wet hair and drag myself to the doc. Have a couple of hours but that will seem like minutes for what it is taking.
I am so WAITING for charges on this one. Rant over.
