CO SUZANNE MORPHEW: Missing from Chaffee County, CO - 10 May 2020 - Age 49 *Found Deceased*

A Chaffee County woman is missing after a neighbor said she went out for a bike ride Sunday and never returned, sparking a search involving more than 100 emergency personnel.

The Chaffee County Communications Center received a report on Sunday at 5:46 p.m. regarding a missing woman in the area of County Road 225 and West Highway 50.


Anybody who has information on Morphew’s whereabouts is asked to call the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office at 719-539-2596 or Chaffee County Crime Stoppers at 719-539-2599.

SUZANNE MORPHEW is still #missing from Mayesville, CO. Her husband was arrested in 2021 for her murder!

Probably my biggest pet case although it has been quiet in many respects for awhile other than big news when they found her body, etc. @Tresir judge dismissed the federal lawsuit filed by Morphew suing for multiple millions. Here is Scott. Breaking news.

It isn't the first case in but the second. Didn't have a change to get a time stamp.

And thank you God.

What a freaking terrible precedent that would have set.

Now maybe the girls can't get new hair dos and outfits. How long will the money that was gained from her death and the sale of the home last, I doubt somehow it has and how long will imo his disgusting lawyer represent without pay...

Jmo. Yours may differ but I know we both follow this one. So it is one I am going to continue to see out IF I see such out. As I'm done other than ones like such and maybe with them as well. Have to see.

So anyhow new news on this case or at least on Barry and a related case.

So on Morphew it does not look like he will be charged again any time soon. Scott makes the point that so far only Linda Stanley, the prosecutor has been held to account in this case.

He also says that the home has not been released back to Morphew yet. Did i hear that right?

Yeah, there was more for sure I did not share. Didn't have time to give or go get time stamps and even another case or two I think would be of interest to some.

Not sure what you mean about the home. That home has long since been sold...?

I do LOVE that his multi million lawsuit was shut down.

And yes Scott said the only one held to any account so far has been Stanley. That takes some reading between the lines though and that many should be... Imo.

I did continue on in it and the violent gangs in CO (illegal immigrants in Scott's state) and think it may interest some this whole video might. However I am not taking the time nor have it to share such, I am only going to finish out cases if I even do that.

I need to before I forget go look at your CBS link. BM sold that home a long time ago. So need to see what it is you heard.

Okay @Tresir I read it but di don't see anything like that about the home. But the article maddened me. Not at the article but at him and the case and the judge and his attorney/s who I have seen before. I have said it before and probably should not again but there are politics in this case big time. I can tell almost every single thing of what has happened in it verbatim. It is a pet case.

At least for now their ridiculous lawsuit is shut down. I will say Stanley should have kept her sh*t as clean as a whistle and some retired LE who had her on their shows many still follow and were instrumental in affecting this case or justice for Suzanne. JT too for that matter. And the Taco Bell woman, had to get in on it.

But I should leave that there. Shouldn't have said that.

Like I said a top pet case of mine, the top probably.

A Colorado Appeals Court judge ruled Friday that Linda Stanley, the district attorney who brought charges that were ultimately dismissed against Barry Morphew, accused of killing his wife, Suzanne, will be disbarred before her appeal is heard.

Last month, the Colorado Supreme Court's disciplinary board ruled that Stanley violated attorney conduct rules while prosecuting two cases. Stanley appealed that decision and wanted to continue serving her term, which would've ended on January 14, 2025.
